It's like getting 8 fluorocarbon tippet spools for the price of one.
I bought this in 6lb to use in lieu of 3X tippet. I was a bit concerned that the 3X tippet is rated for 8lbs while the P-Line Fluorocarbon in .08 (3X) is only rated at 6lbs. This didn't matter for the 17 trout averaging about 19" (and up to 22") I caught at a local lake last week. I didn't have a single break off and was really muscling the fish due to the close weeds and also because I wanted to release them before the lactic acid buildup killed them. Even with 3X tippet I usually lose a couple of flies to these savage fish. Since the trout were cautious and still ate my fly, I concluded that the line must be fairly invisible under water. This stuff is a wonderful money saving tippet substitute for fly fishing, but I don't know how it would work for spinning since I have no idea how it lays on the reel or how it casts. But, if you fly fish, you should definitely try this out and save some money.

Fantastic line when it doesn't backlash
I've been using the P-Line Fluorocarbon product for years on my crappie and trout reels (All spinning reels). I definitely notice a difference in catch rates when I use it and it does a really good job of not snapping when getting snagged. Coupled with a jig head that bends itself when stuck, I've been able to fish submerged trees with little fear of losing everything if I get stuck. I've tried other Fluorocarbon products and none of them have stood up to P-Line. The only problem I have with it is how much it backlashes on me. I know one of the downsides of using fluorocarbon is the high memory which will cause the backlash,, but I don't remember it every being as bad as it was with this spool. My suggestion is to not over feed the reel and you'll avoid some of these rat nests and save some time.

Makes great leader line.
This is the best leader line I’ve used for walleyes! Please don’t buy, and drive the price up and cause shortages for this fluorocarbon.

Very Decent line
A great compromise to full fluorocarbon, I recommend over mono but please be respectful to the environment and always throw away not no leave in the water or banks.

Fantastic line for New Zealand trout fishing
I bought several weights of this line based off the reviews for the 6lb. The 6lb has amazing strength and I use it as my tippet for nymphing on the Tongariro river in New Zealand and the surrounding smaller rivers. I'm averaging 4 - 6lb trout with most of my catches and the 6lb hasn't failed me yet. I usually make a leader of 10, 8 and 6lb and it is a good combination for me. I highly recommend this line.

It's Flurocarbon
I wanted to like this product. However, it seems to have a very high amount of spool memory. I put this on a baitcaster and encountered a backlash that cost me 25% of the line length...twice. I have 40 years of baitcasting experience, and haven't had something over spool like this since basic Trilene mono had. The P-Line seems to be just fine on spinning reels, but on a baitcaster it wants to retain a really tight spool memory. Having used baitcasters as lone as I have, you just accept that birdnests are going to happen. But, these have been costly. Spend the extra money and the P-Line tactical. It doesn't seem to have the problems that the basic P-Line fluorocarbon does.

Lo consiglio, invisibilità nell'acqua garantita. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Io lo monto direttamente in bobina, le prime volte è un po' rigido.
