Fits funny around the hips and back rolls a bit

33 inch waist and 42 inch hips. 5'6" I got a medium and it hangs mid-boots and when I button around my hips it flares the bottom out in a strange way. I just don't button that now. The pockets on the sides don't hold stuff in very well if I sit. Outside that I really enjoy this lined flannel.

Colors are beautiful

The workmanship on this jacket left a little bit to be desired. There are loose strings here and there, and I had to do some sewing on one of the side seams that was coming apart almost immediately. That was easier to do that and return it. I really like the lining… It is exceptionally warm. The plant is beautiful, but the cut across the shoulders is not very flattering, kind of boxy. Overall, I’m very pleased with the jacket for the cost.

Warm and comfortable

I used this to keep warm while chasing my kids outside all winter. Nice and cozy! It does shrink, so buy a size up

fleece lined fiasco a silver lined story

Picture this. florescent red and green lights loom in the foyer. A half eaten slice of pumpkin pie rests on the table, as you begin to scrape another piece that you tell yourself will be “the last bite.” Suddenly you remember, it’s time to check prime day deals. Hours press hard into the night as you frantically pan through deals of useless products you probably don’t need hoping you find a mere speck of a deal that will have made your investment worth it. Then you see, something you’ve marginally desired- a fleece lined flannel. The most impressive part is that it’s 40% off. Without hesitation you add to your dimly filled cart. The rush of dopamine feels as soft as you anticipate the flannel will as well. One minor detail will escape you though until weeks later. After receiving the flannel and wearing it several times, you notice that it feels, well, a little tight. “Perhaps, I have gained weight?” You think “have I officially grown out of mediums now?” You say. Suddenly it hits you. Tight around the hips. Flattering on the chest. This is a woman’s sized jacket. How could you be so naïve. Amidst the idea of the deal you failed to see the clear warnings. Thankfully this fleece lined fiasco has a silver lined outcome- perhaps this my fiancée needs a jacket?

So soft and comfortable… but size up

Excellent quality and fit prior to washing… but too small after washing. I washed the flannel in cold/warm water and it went in the dryer because it is thick and would take days to hang dry. Now the sleeves are too short and the fit is too snug over other clothing… because this is a type of “jacket to be worn over other things”. It fit perfectly before washing… I suggest sizing up if you intend to wear this flannel over other items of clothing. Love this otherwise!

Quality and comfort!

This shirt jacket was a great find! It’s warm and well made. I love that the pockets don’t button and there are also side pockets to keep hands warm. The lining in the arms prevent friction when wearing long sleeved tops underneath. The sherpa lining is so warm and comfy. I have a petite frame and the sleeves for perfect after I washed and put in the dryer. If you have longer arms, the sleeves may not work for you. You can also hang dry to avoid shrinkage. Overall, I love it and plan on using as my ‘go to’ casual everyday jacket in the wintertime in Southern AZ.

It shrinks, maroon + white = pink

The jacket is very cozy and warm. I ordered one size up for an oversized fit and knowing from other reviews that it shrinks. If I knew how much it would shrink, I would have order 2 sizes up. It shrank at least a whole size when following the washing instructions. Also because the faux shearling lining is polyester, that part does not shrink leaving you with a rolled up edge exposing the shearling on the bottom. Generally looks a bit silly. The quality should be better for the price. Manufacturer, please preshrink your flannel. I won't be buying again from this company after this experience. Also, the maroon version is bright pink where the maroon and white cross. I was surprised since it did not look that way in the photos.

Super warm and comfy

Got this for my wife in an XS. She loves it! Warm, soft, comfy. She’s always cold so wears this in the yard in the spring and fall while working. Keeps her toasty and looks great.

Great price, ok quality

So for the price you cannot go wrong. This is a jacket. It fits like any other jacket would i fit large and ordered large and it fit... like a large should. Only hitch with sizing is always the sleeves to short for a large as I have long arms (I am tall). The quality is good. Some loose threds are noticable and may need a clean up. It is quite warm and the lining is nice. The other issue is the buttons are small like for a dress shirt so its tight to do up wich is not very jacket like. The item brand, and tags make the product look more expensive then it was ... 24$ is awesome. Also it has discrete pockets. Good product so far will be testing hunting, camping and in the sugar shack! The disappointment comes with the price going to 75$ after purchase. Seems to be a theme on amazon.
