LOVE IT !!!!
I have used Bobbies and others. Now for my third child I have found this one and love it. This fits well around you without leaving gaps. Your baby will snuggle close to you and you can adjust it when baby gets older so that you can elevate the baby, give a bit more head up or however she prefers to nurse. The pillow snuggles right in and around you. PERFECT for rocking chairs. But also to just for lap use, like on a couch or such. I have one for upstairs and one for downstairs. It moves right in as the pictures shows. The baby is NOT laying off the pillow, as shown in the pictures, unless you want her to. I love that it doesn't show stains. I have a pink one and the color is beautiful. Soft but not pastel. It never loses shape. Bounces right back or stays soft but in shape. As you can tell I am really happy and satisfied with it. Can recommend it. Note: it has no changing option. It is one peace and you can't take the cover off. LOVE the prodcut. Never felt that satisfied or happy with any of the other nursing pillows. Especially the Bobby pillow. It never fit right nor around me. Usually things are made for shorter women, but I am 6 feet it works well for me. My friends who are shorter have come over and used it for their baby and it works well for them also. Doesn't lose shape or firmness. It is soft to touch but feels like a very good pillow you would rest your head on. Enjoy it.

I prefer the brest friend or kushies pillow
I love the my brest friend nursing pillow but purchased this hoping I could use it with a rocking chair that had arms. It fit within the arms of the chair but it was too soft for me. The shape was good but the weight of the baby (now 13 lbs) was flattening the pillow. If I was confident at sewing, I'd tear it open and add more filler to make it firmer. I purchased the Kushies foam pillow and prefer that much better to the Leacho. The Leacho cover is not removable and mine is starting to fall apart where the trim meets the pillow fabric. I think a few stitches can fix it, but it's disappointing since it's not very old. It does not have a pocket or a handle to carry it. I usually carry it by the tag that sticks out of the front. I prefer my brest friend for the majority of my nursing, but the Kushies is second best, especially for a chair with arms or for taking it with you because it's a little smaller than the brest friend.

ONLY pillow that worked
I happened to use this pillow at church, and only because the only other option was that HORRIBLE boppy nonsense, and I did not have my diaper bag (which is what I usually propped my poor baby's head up with). This pillow brought my baby's little head to the right place and let me actually relax for the first time in a month. It didn't cause his head to roll into my either, it was just right where I needed him to be, so I could lean back, and relax while he nursed. I went home and bought myself one THAT day. I soon realized that my back had been hurting because I had been struggling with arranging pillows and was hunching over during feedings. Not anymore. I have been using this pillow for 4 months now and I will run around the house frantically looking for it before I feed my son. I will NOT nurse without it! It will be one of the five things I keep forever from my baby years. My only regret is that I did not have it with my first son!

Way better than the Boppy
I had used the Boppy pillow but it was just too puffy and didn't place my baby at the right angle for breastfeeding. I used this pillow at my lactation consultant's office and fell in love. We had a much easier time getting him to latch and positioned correctly which eliminated the pain I was suffering from. I took off one star because the cover is not removable so there's no way to wash it. Otherwise I would highly recommend over the Boppy.

Great pillow for breastfeeding!
This pillow is a great shape for breastfeeding and it’s not as bulky as other pillows. It’s perfect if you are out and about and carrying it in the stroller or using it in the car. It is not way overstuffed so it’s not as firm as a Boppy which I like. My only criticism is that the fabric is a bit course/stiff - I would like to have it in a jersey or fleece-type fabric.

overpriced
the right shape, the right firmness, and i thought the price was right. however after 7 weeks of light use, the pillow already has a hole in it, where the cover pulled apart at the seams. the fabric and stitching just aren't durable. combine that with the fact that the cover isn't removable for cleaning, and definitely not stain-resistant, what you really have here is an overpriced throw pillow. if i had it to do over, i would have bought another my brest friend pillow (which wasn't perfect either, but was MUCH more durable).

you get what you pay for
I breastfeed my baby and this pillow helps bring the baby closer to my breast but it's really way too soft to provide real support for the baby. So I end up still having to hold his head. I prefer my boppy pillow but this one was half the price of the boppy and like I said it does provide some assistance so I keep this one in the livingroom and the boppy in the bedroom so I always have a pillow handy at feeding time.

I like how thick it is but it doesn't really wrap ...
I'm on the fence on how I feel about this pillow. I like how thick it is but it doesn't really wrap around enough to be supportive of the baby. When I try to rest my son on it to nurse him, it causes his body to be too high up for the breast. I use it more for a pillow in bed than anything. I wouldn't recommend it for nursing though.
