Il contenitore è adatto sia al microonde che alla lavastoviglie (lavare il coperchio a mano). Una protezione per la lama è inclusa per quando non in uso (conservare all'interno del contenitore con il coperchio). Il contenitore da 2 tazze (diametro = 5 "; altezza = 4,5") rimane in posizione tramite una base antiscivolo e il coperchio consente di conservare gli alimenti in frigorifero per quando necessario. Ideale per frutta, verdura, aglio, erbe aromatiche, uova sode, pangrattato, ecc. È perfetto anche per la frutta secca. Tirare il cavo di ca. 5 volte per tagli grossolani, ca. 10 volte per tagli fini e ca. 15 volte per creare salse, salse e altro (guarda il video per vedere il Pull Chop in azione). GREAT!

This will be my 2nd Kuhn Rikon Chopper that I've purchased (the 1st of which has lasted me for well over 10-12 yrs & is still in great shape including the blades, the bowl & the lid!) It is an incredible chopper if used properly. Some of the criticisms I read from other consumers was that you cannot take the lid apart to clean the inside of any accumulated food debris. The lid is totally sealed which prevents any food or liquid from entering thus there's NO NEED TO TAKE THE LID APART! The acrylic bowl is twice the thickness of some of the other manual choppers (which are made of thin plastic ready to be cracked!). Also, the pull cord has NEVER given me a problem & remains in great shape with no frays, rips or tears. The blades are incredibly sharp & have remained so even after using it for just about anything including nuts with hard exteriors such as almonds & hazelnuts. It is my "go to" chopper because there's no need to plug it in & requires very little cleaning. I purchased this 2nd one for fear that it will no longer be available in the future which seems to happen on a regular basis when products work too well!! I'm keeping my fingers crossed this doesn't happen to this particular item. It may be more expensive than most other manual choppers but well worth the price for a product that has lasted me over 10yrs. (FYI: After ordering this item it was received the very next day! WOW!!)

So great I bought a second

I have always been skeptical of products like this, and felt like it’s just easier to chop things myself. My husband actually bought this to make food prep easier, and I begrudgingly tried it and then was blown away by how well it works! It cuts down dinner prep by so much, it’s a great time saver. I chop all my veggies in it I’m seconds, I’m thrilled with this.

Better than I ever imagined!

Why I hate to pull out my small food processor I have no idea why. This is perfect and so compact. A few pulls and my walnuts were the perfect size for baking. Of you have any qualms about buying this…Don’t. A little price but worth it!

Time saver

For those of us who are not gifted culinary dicers and choppers, this kitchen device is a wonderful time saver. I believe this seller offers a larger version and I will likely buy it someday. This (smaller) size works great but I often wish it was larger. The (nylon?) auto-retracting pull string has me slightly concerned because it sometimes gets wet. This makes me concerned; repeated exposure to water and other organic materials, may get trapped inside the lid, may be a breeding ground for harmful bacteria and mold. The screws that hold the lid together require a tiny square tool to remove, which is not a common household tool (my 89 piece screwdriver set has nothing that fits). Additionally, I assume the pull-string is spring-loaded which means it will eventually wear out. Hasn’t yet though! Overall highly satisfied. Would recommend. Would buy again.

Worked great

So much easier than the food processor. I wish the feed blade or foot was on the bottom rather than the top. Still had bigger pieces then I liked at the bottom even after many pulls.

Awesome device

I just got this today and have used it once. First, it was smaller than I thought, but i didn't look close enough at the size (about 2 cup volume). Second, when it says "caution: sharp parts", believe it! I barely touched one of the blades, by accident, and got a nice fingertip cut. Third, this thing is real easy to use and definitely performs well. The suggested number of pulls (which can be done with two fingers) seem to be on the high side as I only had to use about 4 pulls to thoroughly chop a large onion. Nice, convenient item, esp. for those who can't really chop veggies like a chef. A bit pricey, though.

Works fast and easy

This is so easy to use just put your stuff in, close the lid and pull the handle. Like the cord on a lawnmower but so much easier and in no time it’s done. Super easy to clean as well but be careful when dealing with the blades because they are hella sharp. I cut myself pretty good the first time out. That’s what makes it work so good though. I even managed to make homemade mayonnaise in it. I venture to say it’s as useful to me as any electric food processor ever was. For someone off grid like myself it’s pretty useful.

It is the best chopper/slicer you could buy. Easy to wash Easy to use. Very sharp blades so handle with care. You will not be disappointed.

OMG!!

This thing is amazing! I can't believe i never had this in my kitchen, it's a must have!! The product is very sturdy and good quality. It also has a non slip bottom and it works very well. It's extremely easy to use and only a few pulls go a long way. The more you pull the smaller the pieces are cut. For better results, try not to over stuff the container. I can't say enough good this about this item, it just works really well. I feel like buying a bunch of these and giving them out as gifts, that's how great it is!

Simplicity itself.

Easy to use and easy to clean. Nice and sturdily constructed. Coarse chop, pull a few times. Fine cut, pull more times. So simple to use and no batteries or electrical power required. Ideal both in the kitchen or outdoors. No great muscle power required.....can't recommend it highly enough!
