Received only 2 bumpers and not 4 as in picture

Product seems to be good quality and is easy to install. Probably time will tell how long this will last since its been less than a day I installed it. The reason for lower rating is I only received two bumpers though the picture said 4.

Only two bumpers in package

A package of bumpers arrived with only two white bumpers. I contacted Kohler customer service to complain that the photo associated with the product indicated there were four bumpers, which is what I expected. They confirmed that the package should only contain two but will ship me a package with two more once they are in stock (within a week).

Perfect Replacement - Exactly What Was Needed

This is exactly what I needed to replace a bumper that mysteriously disappeared from one of my Kohler Cachet Quiet Close toilet seats. It was easy to install and fit securely in place. The set includes an additional spare - just in case another decides to disappear. The product, price, and Amazon's speedy delivery were all excellent.

Good as new

Fit the toilet seat perfectly. The installer neglected to put them in originally so I had to replace them.

The picture shows 4 pieces, but you only get 2

Perfect fit but Amazon dimensions way off

Fit perfect but the actual dimensions are about 36 mm long x 10 mm wide and 10 mm deep of which 5 mm sticks out of the pocket on the toilet seat once the bumpers are installed.

Installs and fits well.

Product fits and functions great, only complaint is that the black bumpers are useless as no one has a black toilet seat. Either charge less or make both pairs white.

Not as advertised

Ordered these and package arrived with only 2 white toilet bumpers. The two black ones were nowhere to be seen, (nobody seemed to want these anyway ) Asked for a replacement and along came another package of two white toilet bumpers. As l had originally paid for a pack of four l was satisfied with my purchase and they were all in a usable colour. I used crazy glue to attach them as the last ones came out and were lost.

I actually wanted both pairs as ordered (white and black) but only received the white pair. Fit was fine and secure.
