Works as it should

Bags are easy to change, the trash can was delivered without damage (in fact mine was delivered in a box within a box within another box), the foot step works as it should and it holds stinky smells well. Overall great as a kitchen trash can.

I was a lot 99.00 but worth it!!

It doesn’t use batteries slow closing pedal on floor to open bucket plastic inside comes up to clean if it gets dirty uses 13 gallon garbage bags it great!! So worth the money!! My mom purchased one too!! We love it!!

Nice trash can

This is a very beautiful and streamlined trash can. I took away one star because it was dented when I received it and it doesn't fit in my pantry like my other trash can did. But I'm gonna be moving and hopefully I can have a place where I can put it words not so noticeable. I'm disappointed about the Dent but when you only put padding on the top and bottom and it's in a thin box it's gonna get dented. Not blaming Kohler for this it's probably got mishandled by FedEx and all the other people who handled it. I'm still very happy with my purchase it looks beautiful And I love that I don't have to touch the trash can to throw away stuff.

Really happy with this!

Although it’s weird to say that I love this trash can, I do! It stays in place on the floor, the rectangle shape allows 13 gallon trash bags to fill up completely, and the top of the bag can be completely hidden inside the can because of the design of the lid. My last trash can did none of these. I hesitated to pay so much for a trash can, but so far it’s been with it.

Perfect for us

I searched everywhere, and read ALL of the reviews I could find. This was the trash can I landed on, and bravo! does the job well. No fingerprints/smudges; easy to change out bag (we use 13 gallon kitchen bags); no smell; holds a lot. Also, opens flat against wall when foot pedal engaged. Very happy with my choice.

Worth the price tag! Wish I had it sooner. PET PROOF.

This is amazing. It holds so much without being aggressively bulky in my kitchen. The lid that fits perfectly inside of the bin is a PERFECT design and does not allow my dog to lift the lid with his nose, like other garbages that have a lip hanging over. It does not have a locking lid but it doesn’t even need that. This is one of a kind. If anyone finds another garbage designed with a lid like this, let me know. I’ve looked high and low.

Kohler stands behind it's guarantee promise

I bought a KOHLER 8 Gallon Compact Hands-Free Kitchen Step Can, Trash Can with Foot Pedal in June 2021 and the lid was broken three (3) months after. The trash can was not cheap but I was very happy with it until the lid was broken (couldn't close quietly any more). I contacted Kohler directly, and a replacement will be sent within 2 weeks. "No questions asked!" This is far beyond my expectations. They do stand behind their 10-years guarteed. I will definitely continue to purchase Kohler's products.

The most beautiful trash can

I’ve never been so excited to get a trash can. It was pricey but totally worth it. It really is beautiful. It’s a good size, not too big but holds a lot. Amazon or maybe the vendor really needs to package it better, ended up getting 3 that were dented, even after calling amazon twice and asking for better packaging. The last one wasn’t dented as badly as the others so we just kept it but it was disappointing as it’s not cheap.
