Very cool but needs tweaking !
If you plan on housing betta this is a solid tank, and if you have the money I would 10000000% recommend modifying the tank a little by gutting it if you’re looking for the portrait look with more functionality. Realistically, the back of the tank with the built-in filter takes up a lot of horizontal swimming space which realistically makes the tank maybe more like a little less than 4 gallons. Take a razor to the back silicone and take off the cover for the filter then just buy a sponge filter, air pump and tube or an over the back tank filter. There’s a very nice lady with betta fish on tiktok who has a tutorial, just look up “Marineland Portrait Tank” I bought mine second hand so it had a few issues such as not coming with an impeller for a water pump and a broken cover for the back of the tank but that was okay with me due to it being replaceable. If you don’t plan on changing anything, but if you ever need to replace the water pump because I saw some people complaining about that, lookup things like ‘Water Pump 50 gph’ and make sure to keep your elbows from the previous water pump! It’s what i searched and i bought for the missing one and it works like a charm!

So far everything is going great!
I will say it didn’t really come with any set up instructions but with common sense and google, you can figure it out. Long wait for delivery but everything was in good condition when it arrived and came in a big Glo Fish box. I am happy with my purchase and no leaking so far. Hope this tank will continue to keep me and my fish happy. Would recommend to purchase.

I love-except the noise
I absolutely love it. Was simple, wonderful instructions, but the noise of the pump is quite noisey compared to my last tank i just replaced. I am going to see if it's faulty, i kinda hope so lol

LED Light Keeps Falling Off
The 20 gallon tank is nice but they send an LED light meant for a 10 gallon tank instead of a 20 gallon so the light bar is to skinny for the lid and it keeps falling into the water. There’s no way to make it stay in place so I’m going to have to buy a separate light stick elsewhere which defeats the point of this bundle deal… very annoying. The tank is nice though.

Needs a bigger water filter and water heater, it’s OK for the money.
I got the 20 gallon glow fish tank set up. It’s a decent fish tank no leaks or defects. The water filter is a tetra whisper 20 and it runs nice and quiet. The suction line for the filter only goes about halfway down the tank so it needs an extra piece so that it reaches further down. It came with two sets of lights, a little set of blue lights or “Glow fish” lights and some white lights. The little water heater seems to work well holding the water temperature at 78° with an indoor temperature of 70. It is non-adjustable. It came with some glow fish fake plants which I would rate a soft 2 out of 10 for appeal. I mean they just look terribly fake LOL and what did I expect I guess. I bought a few real plants to go in there with I’ll probably take out the fake plants here soon. I bought the black gravel with pink green orange acrylic pebbles in there and the black gravel is super messy and hard to wash, just a heads up. Be super careful mounting the hood to the aquarium. The lid for the Fishtank is rather flimsy and if you put too much force on it it will break. A few things to mention as far as this being a starter kit for first time aquarium owners. If you have a 20 gallon fish tank try to get a filter that’s rated for 30 gallons. You don’t want to max out your filter. Kind of setting people up for failure putting a water filter that is maxed out at 20 gallons in a 20 gallon tank. Fish are messy you need a good filter. Make sure you prime your motor on your filter. It’s real simple just take a cup and fill the reservoir with some water so that your motor doesn’t burn out. If you have the ability to go to a pet shop. You will most likely save money on items rather than buying this kit. Now I tell you that because I am in rural Alaska and the nearest Petco or whatever is 200 miles away. But if you can go get a 20 gallon tank with a lid buy your own water filter, water heater and customize the parts for your fish tank you will get what you need for cheaper than buying this kit. Like I mentioned before you should get a bigger water filter and a adjustable water heater. The fake plants are just that fake and tacky looking. Just like anything if you have somebody else put things together for you it won’t be exactly what you want. I know I will eventually end up buying an upgraded water filter and an adjustable water heater. Make sure you don’t skimp on the Bacteria to help get your nitrogen cycle going. Some thing like tetra safe start will help you get your tank ready faster. It is not an end All fix all solution. You will still need to do water changes and test your water to make sure that the Ammonia and nitrite levels don’t get out of hand. But adding some bacteria will help you get the process rolling.

Easy to set up, maintain and enjoy!
The media could not be loaded. I read every review on every fish tank, between one and 10 gallons, on Amazon before deciding on this 3 gallon glo tank. I’ll start with the negative, as it’s a small issue, before going on to tell you what I like about the tank. The filter size that was advertised in the specs On Amazon was different than what came with my kit. When I ordered the tank I also ordered extra filters and they are not the correct size. So I’m out a few dollars Now for the positives...where do I start? From taking it out of the box to completely setting it up took me only 20 minutes. All you have to do is follow the instructions and you should be fine setting up your tank even if you are a first timer. This tank is acrylic, not glass. However, it seems sturdy enough and there was not a scratch on the plastic when I received it. I highly recommend purchasing some glo beads, glo pebbles and glo decorations because the blue LED lights really pop in the glo tank. The bubblier is really pretty but scared my fish at first. But they are used to it now. I also bought a small heater that does not come with the kit. I ran the tank for a week with conditioner before getting my fish. I got four baby neon tetras and will add some ghost shrimp in a month. The pet store didn’t have glo fish food but recommended colour enhancing extra small pellets. The fish hid at first but are now coming out and are enjoying their environment. This fish tank is very easy to set up, run, and maintain. The 3 gallon tank is perfect for under my kitchen cabinets. This would be a great starter tank kit for everyone. Make sure to talk to your pet store to get the perfect fish for your tank size and set up. The cats haven’t found the fish yet...wish me luck! Lol

Absolutely worth it!
This tank is awesome, was skeptical because it is plastic but wanted to give this a go anyway. Two small issues I personally have with it but not deal breakers. One, the lid does not snap on so if you have cats might wanna tape the back or something so it doesn't slide off. Two, it's plastic and scratches very easily. As long as you are delicate with it from the beginning (I scratched it being rough with the substrate.) it will be fine. I didn't bother using the HOB filter went straight to sponge filter as it's in my bedroom and don't wanna hear the sound of running water all night. Panted the back black and use black substrate I already had from another tank. All in all I love the curve front, and the size the blue light works good and no leaks, will update if anything changes. So far I really recommend. Its like staring off into another world. Its very calming. Size: Max width @9" Max length @15" Hight @11"

Gorgeous tank, pump does not work
The media could not be loaded. Such a beautiful tank!!! Only disappointing thing is that the filter pump does not work at all, and the filter lid cover came super bent. Going through the process of getting replacement parts & will update on how easy that process was once I receive the items! Besides the couple hiccups, this tank is worth tbe price. So beautiful & my beta is in love!

Disappointed
Set it all up, added my fish. The next morning I noticed a small leak in the bottom corner. In Order for me to get a refund or replacement I have to send you back the tank, what exactly do I do with all my fish in the meantime.

Buena calidad y tamaño
La compré para un pez betta, posteriormente agregué grava y algunos accesorios. A veces el filtro hace ruido, es muy raro pero puede suceder. La luz está muy bien, el filtro mantiene el agua limpia por bastante tiempo, la pecera es resistente, la recomiendo.
