The only thing I found wrong is the the knobs you have to keep tightening, as they come lose.

Great looking Faucet

All in all this is a great looking faucet that works well. I must note though that there are two things that are noteworthy for a product review. One is the installation instructions are not that clear and I had trouble making out all the parts in the illustrations. The other is because there isn't a base on this faucet, and there isn't an "anti-rotation" feature on the hot and cold valves, if you don't get the nuts tight enough underneath the valve handles will tend to rotate in the shutoff position. I suppose this happens more when you push the valve to the "off" position as we tend to not turn the valve all the way "on" against the stop as much. Neither of these issues are enough for me to give this faucet anything less than 5 stars though. It looks and operates great!

Pretty classic faucet

I was looking for something classic, not the new faucets, where everything is on one piece. This definitely fit the bill. It does look nice and is very heavy duty metal. The 2 things I don't like are it is hard to adjust the hot and cold knobs so they aren't perfectly straight. One goes back a little further than the other when they are off. Some people might not even notice, but it annoys me. The second issue is the water doesn't come out smoothly. It spurts a little and takes a few seconds after you turn it off to stop. There was a tiny piece of plastic stuck in it - I think in the aerator. Removing it helped a little. I would prefer if the water flowed smoothly. Other reviewers commented on the sprayer getting hot when you use hot water because it is metal, not plastic. This does happen, but I just hold it with a dish towel or pot holder. It looks much nicer in metal so I don't have a problem with this. ETA - 18 months later and this faucet is leaking under my sink. The company hasn't returned my husband's phone calls. Our plumber called them and they said they would only talk to us, but won't call us back. The j hook has also become unstable and the plumber said it's only a matter of time before that's an issue

A Winner!

Just had to thank the other reviewers for helping me and my husband make a decision to purchase this faucet. Now it's my turn to pass it on. I wanted the brushed nickel finish and a comparable Moen was three times the cost. Moen does have a great guarantee and our plumber thought that was the way to go, but after reading the reviews we decided to take a chance on this unknown-to-us brand, figuring we could replace it twice for the cost of the similar Moen. As it turns out, we love it and our plumber was extremely impressed by the quality and weight of this faucet . He also liked the design; said that it was clean and simple and that was good thing because there were fewer things that could go wrong. Thumbs up, everybody!

Fantastic

This is a Beautiful set of hardware for your Kitchen. OMG everyone loves it. I love it because it is solid brass inside and a non fingerprint surface of satin on the outside. Ceramic discs inside make for a lifetime of wear. YAY Im so glad I bought this for my new home. :)) I researched many also and I am very pleased.

This product has a check valve in the water mixer valve that fails.

This product is of good quality brass, but it definitely has a manufacturer defect in the water mixer valve. There is a check valve in the mixer that becomes dislodged and causes an obstruction in the flow of water, which is completely off on the hot/cold. I called Kingston and left message for a call back, and no phone call after a week. I emailed them and I did get an insulting email a week later. I reorder the same product in hopes that the new replacement would not have the same problem. It also failed. I will not buy another product from this company, as their customer service is very poor, and I am sure I am not the only one that has had a problem like this.

Love this faucet

Love this faucet. I prefer single handle, but we are renovating a 1964 condo and the plumbing works better with a two handle faucet. This fit the bill perfectly. I've gotten a number of compliments on the sprayer from overnight guests and others who have used it. Pretty funny...never had compliments on a sink sprayer before, but this one is great!

No Plastic Here

Heavy. solid brass right down to the sprayer. Fit, finish,function like what was made in days gone by. Costs a little more than the "in stock" box store faucets, but well worth it. The handles don't feel flimsy when you turn them. Even sounds better without the buzzing sounds made by the plastic diverter on the box store brand.
