Heavy weight
Seem like very high quality. However in full disclosure bought for our nee house that we aren’t done building yet so not installed. Think we will be very pleased. Will update later if not.

Works great at a great price!
This is a great bidet faucet that has everything you need to install on most vertical jet bidets. It is solid brass or copper throughout it's construction and considering it's less than half the cost of other faucets it's amazing! It does not install itself and as with any non-standarized plumbing fixture you have to be somewhat handy to complete the install but it's really not that difficult. This was my first time installing a bidet and it went fine. I installed it on a toto piedmont bidet and the holes in the deck for the hot and cold taps and mixing valve are not aligned. Because of this I was only able to use the supplied 3/8" copper tubing for one of the connections from the cold tap to the mixer. This had to be shortened about 1/2" (see photo) but is easy to do with any tubing cutter ($10 at any hardware store). In another review someone complained that this is an issue with the faucet set - it's not, it allows for installation on many different bidets. For the other line between the hot tap and the height of spray the alignment was way off due to me rotation the mixing valve slightly to allow for the cold to mixing line. I happened to have some soft 3/8" copper tubing laying around so I used a bending spring (again $10-$20 tool) to bend a loop and hook it up (see photo). It would be easier with a 3/8x3/8 faucet supply line of maybe 12" length but I didn't have one of those on hand. Other than that slight complication this set works great on my bidet. I have average water pressure (don't know in PSI but feels average) and the vertical spray is about 18" on full blast, to reach the rim you need about 3". Bottom line: it's a good reasonably priced set that even if you know nothing about plumbing will be able to install if you sub in some braided 3/8" faucet lines for the 3/8" copper and even that is not needed in most situations.

If I could give this zero stars, I would.
We bought this kit thinking that it would be all that we needed. After trying to install it, the instructions didn’t really give much help, the nozzle itself broke. When I try to reach out to Kingston Brass, they only met me with disbelief and condescension. They suggested that I send them a video of the part installed and broken. After I told them that I had my handyman take it out because it was broken, they told me that they can’t do anything about it. So I offered to buy the part by itself. The manufacturer, keyword: manufacturer, told me that they cannot sell me the part by itself and that I would have to buy another $135 kit. At this point, they can go screw themselves, honestly. The parts may be OK, or not, But the customer service is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. If you want my advice, don’t ever buy anything from Kingston Brass ever again. I hope this helps the next poor soul.
