Wonderful hot water, great volume.

Bought this back in Feb. 2017. Tile guy got tile done in late June, and plumber got this in the wall in early June. I tossed out the shower head and the angled shower arm, replacing those with a rainfall head, adjustable swivel arm, and a straight pipe out of the wall. I love this unit. Great volume control and keeps its temperature setting. To my eyes, my taste, it just looks good, too, Very happy with this. Not so happy with UPS/FedEx though. (Can't remember which color truck brought it) UPS destroyed the first unit in shipping, Really puny box that Amazon used for shipping, and it got mashed up in the UPS / FedEx system. Amazingly mashed up. Very heavy valve assembly inside, and somewhere somehow the thing either dropped from a height or jammed up in a UPS / FedEx conveyor system. Lots or parts inside bent, twisted and plastic valve mount bracket just shredded. Amazon came through with flying colors though. Replaced it immediately after I sent them the pictures of the first box and its damaged contents. Good job Amazon on taking care of the damage done by UPS / FedEx. Could have been avoided if Amazon had used an over carton with padding, but Amazon shipped it in the manufacturer's carton. Surprised to see the second, replacement, arrive packed the same way, but it arrived OK and functions fine.

Decent quality for the money.

Quality seemed good. Unfortunately I had to return the shower faucet since it came with the rough in valve and was not compatible with my old delta faucet. I did not want to undertake that project at this time!

Very top end quality

These were high quality faucets. I had to match other fixture in a high end Motorhome and these were right on. Would highly recommend

Customer no service

If I could give less stars I would. The package arrived and there were two screws missing that connect the pipe work to the face place. This would seem I thought quite simple to fix, however after phoning customer service twice over a period of about 5 weeks and being assured we would receive the screws, we are still waiting. I have bought other Kingston Brass products before with no problems but in those cases no parts were missing.

beautiful quality product

Purchased this faucet for my master shower. Beautiful finish that is easy to clean. Heavy brass. And their customer service is quick and professional!
