Really awesome...with one design flaw

LOVE this. It's heavy, so seems very sturdy. My only complaint, the first time I used it and went to get the cork off the corkscrew unscrewed from the whole thing. We had to use pliers to hold it to get the cork off. Hoping we can glue it on or it seems like a serious design flaw.

Day of the Dead

I bought the Wine opener that is a sugar skull for a good friend's birthday present. She absolutely loved it. It looks exactly like the picture. It is actually made of metal and not gray plastic like I thought. The corkscrew has opened many bottles of wine since it was given as a present, and it still works good as new. I would definitely recommend this wine opener to anyone that loves day of the dead sugar skulls.

Interesting Conversation Piece

I bought this for my artsy friend and she really loved it. She shows it off as a conversation piece and always gets wonderful complements. I'm not sure if she's used it to open wine yet but I read some of the poor reviews so I hope it is strong enough to work for that...but either way, what a terrific item to give to friends who like that sort of thing. I plan to purchase more for my Harley biker buddies.

Broke in a week

Not so durable. Bought for a friends house warming gift and it broke in like a week. They were really quick to send me a new one though.

Day of the Dad Kitsh!

Adorable little corkscrew! A family member adores the Day of the Dead theme and this was a creative new addition to her growing collection. The corscrew is functional and adorable. She was thrilled with the gift and has received many compliments. Pair it with a fun wine (there are so many good ones!) and it is a perfect gift!

So cute

This is adorable and everyone loves with they see it. The only problem I have with it, is that it does not bring the cork out all the way. I have to pull the last half out which can be difficult sometimes.

Looks absolutely great but unfortunately won't actually open a bottle of wine as the corkscrew fails to catch and won't turn properly so pretty much just a decoration which was a shame at the price
