you get what you pay for

Yeah, these are cheap--both in price and quality. The pieces were easy enough to put together; I hung them with 3M hooks so I can't speak to the installation part. They are not exactly the same size so it does not fit perfectly in the corner. My picture shows the square back piece is in the corner but the shelf part does not reach the wall--it's slightly off. And, yes, the packaging and description are definitely misleading, looking like there are four shelves (2 sets of 2) in the package. If you read the other reviews, though, you will see that's not the case. All that said, for $15, they look good on the wall and you can't see the imperfections unless you look closely.

I like it

It's very sturdy and extremely easy to install, the only thing I wasn't prepared for is that when it says it's a pack of to it's only that 1 single layer that I have in the picture. I thought it was the entire thing, I thought it was a to tear shelf and then you got a pack of 2 of those to tear shelfs. But I was wrong

Amazon states 8lb per tier weight capacity. Instruction manual says 3lb. :(

EXACTLY What I Needed!

I know this is going to sound weird but I didn't use these as intended; rather than using them as wall shelves I used them as a corner countertop standalone shelf. I did this to put my Google Hub and Home Alarm System on top of one another to save room and it worked flawlessly! All I had to do was drill some tiny holes in the back of the corner pieces and it made this perfect little standalone shelf! I didn't really have a use for the other corner piece and so it'll just sit around until I go buy some wood for it or have some other use for it lol!

Not a set of 2

The reason I bought these is I like the look, a nice contemporary look for wall shelving. However the description states it is a set of 2, but it is not, it is a set of 2 SHELVES. Not 2 of the item shown. So I ordered another one. Hopefully they fit and look good in the space I am wanting to use them.

WOOD IS NOT EVEN

I thought they were going to be a bit bigger but that doesn’t matter. The wood is not even it’s a little off I still managed to screw it onto the corner wall which is fine so it isn’t a huge problem.

Good shelves but you do need precise measurements if you want it to look like the picture.

First thing is first. These are 2 shelves. You place them in this position. Meaning if you are not precise when mounting they will have a gap between them. In saying that they are very easy to put together and a sturdy material. Hanging is easy enough but when it comes to trying to get them in a perfect position on top of one another it is hard. I have a little gap between mine and I tried to be as close as I could. In saying that they are affordable and sturdy so if you're just looking for an easy shelf these are it. I put mine in the corner above my bed to have my alarm clock on. It does the job. Comes with screws you need too.

Visually appealing..

I love the look of these floating shelves. It comes in two pieces that can be used separately or together. They are a pain to get flat onto the wall. One worked easily and the second as you can see in my pciture does not lay flat.. my wall is also cement so that could play a part. I eventually gave up on trying. .. it has been up for almost two months with no issues. The shelves are strong, sturdy and visually appealing. The white color is really nice. I recommend. They are great for the price.
