Smaller than expected, but serves the purpose

I bought this to hang sprouted fodder in my chicken pen. This way I can get off the ground to keep it clean and reduce waste. Regrettably, it's smaller than I thought. I can still use it, so it's fine. This is about the width of your hand when you stretch out your pinky and thumb. It still works for my girls, so it all good!

Way too small

Way too small for how much hay my Guinea pigs eats in a day. It also folds up to easy. If she jumps up on it to get hay from the top it pushes in. I ended up using it to hold the dust pan a sweeper on the side of the cage.

Falls off

Loved the size, however, my chinchilla knocked it off the cage constantly. I quit using it after 3 days and went back to the old one that hooked to the cage with clamps

Does what it needs to, little overpriced.

I would have bought this in my local pet store, they had it every time except for the time I went to buy it and it was $3 cheaper there. Otherwise it does what I need it to. It holds hay that comes in premade sections so I can break it off and give it to my bunny. The only thing that could be improved was if there was something other than just the 2 hooks at the top. My bunny tends to pull it off the hooks.

These are great!

I would like to start by saying how much I love these hay feeders. I know that my pigs would like to play in the hay, but it is not sanatary for them to eat something that they have soiled. For all the reviews that mention that they cause a mess: the hey is going to come out of the cage no matter what you do. small animals can be messy like that. For those saying it doesnt stay on or it can be dangerous: you need to make sure you put it on right and put it up higher so they can't get in. You should put it up a little hight anyway because it is good exersize for them to get it. All six of my pigs love playing little games to get the hay out of them,

Alright...

I got this hay mager for only $3.00, and i guess it was worth the price. It keeps some of the hay off the floor, but when my guinea pig pulls out hay to eat some, most of it just falls to the ground then she won't eat it. The hay falls out of the back of the basket, getting all over the floor. So i put a little piece of cardboard at the back, and eliminated this problem. Would be a better hay manger for big, long pieces of hay, but when you get towards the bottom of your bag and the pieces are smaller, there is more hay on the ground than in the manger!!

es un buen producto solo que los espacios son muy grandes, como para pasto muy largo, el pasto comercial para conejo se sale por todos lados, hay que hacerle algun arreglo

Great Product!!

Even though the reviews were not amazing for this product, I gave it a try and i was so pleased!! Its easy to install and the hay fits it nicely and its easy to refill! I love this and would recommend it! I have two mini rex rabbits.

Too small.

Doesn't work. Hay is still everywhere. It's way too small.
