Bummed about size *mini*

I LOVE this bag and the color although it's much more brownish -mustardy which I love even more. Unfortunately all it could hold was a wallet in front pocket that took up a lot of space in the back pocket and my water bottle that was in the back pocket. Pockets lay on top of each other so space wise doesn't help. Great quality though would buy in bigger size if color was available and on sale like this one.

I bought this to use when I walk and hike. It is perfect for it . Also I take it traveling. I love being hands free. It's easy to clean and very tough.

Love this little bag. It's smaller than I expected but still totally functional for a day to day cary of my essentials.

Nice bag but . .

Nice bag but cell phone pocket is smaller than specified - 6.5 x 3.5 - It is actually 6 x 3. I could not get my 6 inch phone in there which is critical for me. I couldn’t even cram it in there.

Excellent, just not for me.

I’ve had the regular Kavu rope bag (full sized, canvas) for years and LOVED it. I got tired of feeling like I was carrying luggage for everyone (I’m a mom! ????????‍♀️) so ordered the mini pack. The print is WAY TOO ADORABLE & the inside is light pink! I was able to put everything in the mini that I was carrying in the regular, minus 4 ink pens and small pack of tissues-unbelievable ????! My regular bag is canvas. It was terribly faded after almost 6 years of use and abuse, and started getting tears. It was super comfortable to carry, just noticeably heavier than the poly material of the mini. It was also filthy and you’re not supposed to wash them so ????????‍♀️. The poly is easy to wipe clean with a cloth or baby wipe. It’s also water resistant, which is huge! The mini is 1/3 the size of the regular(pictured side by side). I still carried the same things, but it was ridiculously complicated to get my wallet and checkbook out of the zipper on the mini. Like, it literally frustrated me! The rope strap on the mini was an issue for me. It’s 3 ropes and they’re way thinner than on the regular-the regular is 4 thicker ropes. It hurt my collar bone and actually left red marks! The regular sized Kavu was so much more comfortable to carry, even when shopping or on vacation with everyone’s extra things added inside. Also, the mini slides up and whacks me on the back of the head when I bend over and the regular never has. With the mini, you can only carry what you need instead of what you pick up along the way. Both are excellent bags, but I’m passing the mini on to my daughter for her 8th Birthday and am looking forward to my new full-sized Kavu coming in the mail next week! Can’t go wrong with either bag, it just depends on your lifestyle.

Best bag ever

I love this bag! I use it to carry my keys, glasses and phone mainly, as I am a queer female and carrying a purse is not my aesthetic, and I gotta booty so a wallet isn't either. It's no a huge bag or backpack, can be worn as a sling backpack or I wear it across my front so I can get into it easily. Has a pocket for glasses, secret pocket inside the main pocket for money, another side pocket & a small front pocket. I can carry all my items keys, glasses, sunglasses, phone and snacks for the day without an issue or feeling bulked up. Its build sturdy & looks cool too.

Great bag! Kids are done with diapers and I wanted something smaller but still big enough for a snack or small toy. Love it and hands free.
