Excellent
It's really hard to find this even at Walmart , but it is by far the most affective clear water solution for fish tanks way better then the expensive stuff and it actually works. I purchased 6 feeder fish and 4 plecos 3 years ago and my fish are huge now and so are my plecos and their all very healthy. Just read the directions and it seriously does what it says it does.!

Very good at clearing out cloudy water.
It might be a little bit more expensive than the place I used to get it, but it has been getting pretty difficult to find the last year. My fish are some of the very dirty fish species and some are too small to move past flakes. The combination can lead to cloudy water more often, but not appropriate for a water change yet. It works fairly quick and easy, without much work for me. I typically stop my filters for 3-4 hours, while making sure the "bubblers" or aerators are working well keeping the gas exchange rate appropriate for my fish.

Must read, truth
The product works great, exactly what it is suppose to do. Some negative reviews I read are probably from not having sufficient understanding of water and those need to test it first. Not being unkind but this is not a miracle cure for other problems which you most likely have if it didnt work. Not have a clean fish tank and watching fish thrive can be upsetting. Stick with science, there is alot of time effort and knowledge that go into these products. Its easy to have left a bad review then to realize the problem is you. This is a 5 star product and it deserves to be. Test your water, bring to the fish store to have tested free.

not clear!
Did not live up to its vague (not clear) description. After two treatments, my 90 gal is still cloudy. It appears to not work on algae based cloudiness, though that would appear to be "suspended" particles (which it states it does clear) and biological. I did a 25% water change to clean out the bottom rocks, so most of the larger waste items were removed. I also cut the light for 3 days, thinking the algae would die off and the product could clear the tank. Does not appear to have had any effect. I am reluctant to do a complete water change with the established African Cichlid tank. Not interested in this product, will look for something else. BEST ADVICE: Do not get into the cycle of poor water quality! I was gone for an extended period of time over the holidays and left the lights on to keep the plants alive.
