Small
I am not sure this beanie/gloves set is unisex, simply because both are small. The beanie barely fits onto my average-sized female head. I also found the fabric a bit too rough for me, and the convertible mittens-to-gloves not entirely comfortable.

Ok, but not think and already starting to unravel
I used to have a set of thick mitten-gloves like these. I was hoping for a suitable replacement. Unfortunately, these are very thin, so they don't provide nearly the level of comfort and warmth of my old set. Also, my old set affixed the flaps (in glove mode) to the back of the mitten with velcro. These gloves use a button and loop, but it is very difficult to get the loop to go over the button, even when the gloves are off. This is frustrating since it means the flaps just flop around when I used the mittens in glove mode. The biggest drawback is that the yarn has already started to unravel at the seam between the thumb and forefinger on both gloves. I'm worried that they won't last a year. I'm not sure that I could recommend these unless the buyer has low expectations.

Ok Quality
This hat and gloves said is OK quality. Depending on who wears it, it can fit different, even though it says one-size-fits-all. When my wife tries these they fit a bit loose on her hands and the hat is also loose but on me, the gloves fit fine and the hat can feel a bit snug.

Hat Looks Small When Opening But Stretches and is Long Enough; Gloves Fit a Little Large for Me
Cute Jeep branded set for all of the Jeep fans out there! I got this in black because it's my go-to color, but I think all of them look nice. When I opened the package, I thought that the hat would be a tiny skull cap sort of thing which isn't the look I am going for. When I put it on my head, I was surprised at the stretch it had. I have a 22" head circumference, and this went on easily. It did feel a little tight when I was stretching it out to put it on my head, but once it was in place it was fine. It's long enough that I get ear coverage, which is important to me. I wear a women's Large in gloves, and these fit overall okay. It's a little loose on the wrists, but not so loose they would just fall off. The thumb is a little large and roomy, and the length is fine - it goes just above my first knuckle joints on all of my fingers. I didn't bother with pulling the mitten cover over because 99.9% of the time I won't use it and I didn't want to loosen up the connection unnecessarily. My only actual complaint about this set is that I had a fair amount of loose threads throughout. They are genuinely loose and not attached though, they came off in my hair and I had to pull 5 or so off the hat itself - I didn't notice any stitches that pulled or were messed up. It mentions on the packaging that you can machine wash cold and dry on medium heat. I would only dry on medium heat if this is allover too large for you. I would dry on ultra low/low or dry flat if this one size fits all fits on the smaller side for you to avoid any possible shrinkage.

Everything jeep
If you know a jeep owner you probably know we are obsessed with everything jeep. So even though I live in a warm state that rarely gets cold enough for a sweater, I had to have this set. We do go up north a couple of times a year so I will get some wear out of it. The set comes with a beanie hat and mittens that fold down to expose fingers. Super cute and I love the navy color. They are thick but amazing quality. Winner in my opinion!!

Great for smaller hands
This is a cute set. However, if you have larger hands this may not be ideal for you. I have bigger hands for a woman, they're more like the average mans hand I'd say? And these are really just too small. They are super tight around the fingers where the top flap part of the glove is sewn on. Because they are so tight around the fingers, it makes it difficult to get them off also and one of the fingers started to kind of unravel at the seam. The hat is just fine though. So, if you have smaller or more slender hands, these should be just fine.

One size would not fit most people I know
The gloves without the full fingers feel good until I try and use the mitten caps. The caps are narrower than the hands, or sewn on incorrectly, not sure which. There is not a lot of stretch in the "yarn", so the fingers are not able to be straight once the caps are over the tips. More like a cotton crochet thread feel instead of a knitted acrylic stretch. The beanie fits pretty well, but not overly warm, so I would say under a hoodie or a scarf it would be more useful especially in a wind. Love the navy blue option.

Definitely run small, but nice set
Picked this set up for my 17yo son and he loves it. As others have noted, this seems to run a little small. The hat will stretch over larger heads, but the fingerless gloves, not something you want stretching. Good for knocking the wind down, but not something he'll be playing in the snow with. Used for the right use case, these are a nice set.
