Great for border terrier
This shampoo is the best out there and the smell is wonderful my favorite. Please try this shampoo if you have a course haired puppy.

Cairn/Dachshund Mix
So I asked the question a few days ago would this work for my dog. I got so many great responses that I decided to try this shampoo and the conditioner for my fur baby. His hair is wiry but not coarse so it sort of dried his coat out a little bit. However, the conditioner got him back right. Yes, I did diluted both like the instructions said on the bottle. The shampoo really helped to pull all that undercoat fur off. It was a lot floating in the tub. I noticed immediately he is not scratching like he normally does. Needless to say, I will definitely keep using this for him. I love the scent of both items. Thanks

Worth every penny and lasts forever
We are not fancy dog people. But we do have a wire-haired dog(Wire haired pointing Griffon). And we need special shampoo to keep his hair wiry. This stuff smells great and more importantly works great. It is obviously pretty expensive for a dog shampoo, but keep in mind you certainly can dilute it to make it last much much longer. The back of the bottle says 10:1 dilution. I've found that to be a bit of a stretch. It gets pretty watery at that point. But I'd say 5:1 or 3:1 is the sweet spot. And you really don't need much at all. It suds up very nicely. Great product and worth the few extra bucks.

Calling all Irish Wolfhound owners
We won't use anything else for our man's double coat. This stuff keeps him shiny and stink-free :) It seems to cut the oil that discolours the beautiful silver in his brindle coat, especially around his ears and mouth. Smells like human soap. He's received many compliments.

Perfect for Timber’s coarse coat
Finally see what her coat was meant to look like. Leaves absolutely no residue, rinses easily and doesn’t have an overwhelming fragrance. I’d recommend this to any one with a coarse coat dog. I dilute it quite a bit and still get a good clean lather. This will probably last me all year.

This shampoo is perfect for coarse coat dogs! We only use this on our Spinone Italiano baby! It smells great and is gentle on their skin while removing dirt and smelly scents!

sensitive on skin
I love this shampoo for my cairn terrier. He sometimes needs to be bathed more often than I like due to him playing with dogs at the dog park who have excess drool. At one point I had to bathe him three times in one week and he has never become itchy or irritated by this shampoo. It smells nice and makes his harsh wiry coat soft and easy to comb. It has low lather, so I can easily prevent it from getting in his eyes. It is thick and concentrated and a little bit goes a long way.
