Works, but...

We recently had a new kitchen installed with a porcelain farmer's sink, and my wife liked the way this sink mat looked. I would've preferred something that was raised up a little above the bottom of the sink. Since this mat sits right on the bottom of the sink, it makes it a bit of a pain to clean under it, because food gets trapped in all the little floral openings. You have to pick it up and rinse it off, as well as rinse the sink underneath it after you do every batch of dishes. Also, the blue color started to get discolored fairly quickly. It's starting to get browned in some areas. When you first get this mat, it has a very strong chemical smell, but that does dissipate after a couple weeks of use. It does protect the bottom of the sink though. I'll give it 4 stars for that. But, might look into another option eventually.

YELLOW IMMEDIATELY

I give up ... I will never buy these clear sink protectors again. Since this one was thicker than most and really pretty, I gave it a try. I have white porcelain sinks. Within a week, it was so discolored it isn't pretty any more. I thought I might be able to scrub this one more easily but nothing, absolutely nothing, works to get rid of the staining and I wash them every few days.

nice when first put in, but was soon stained by washing plates with spaghetti sauce. Can;t figure out what to use to take the stain out.

these immediately showed signs of discoloration from spaghetti sauce and coffee in the sink but I absolutely think they’re adorable

Good product

Fast shipping. Nice looking sink protector. Good size. Clear design is attractive. Strong chemical smell but hopefully that’ll fade. Edit: smell went away after 2 weeks. BUT it did stain when I washed dishes after serving chili. Soaking in hot water and bleach hoping stain goes away.

Great for someone who as dropsies!

I would have given 5 stars but I only received 1 sink mat, instead of 2, as advertised. (Thought I had misread the ad when it arrived, but when I looked there really should have been 2 mats.) Otherwise it would have been 5 stars!! Made of good quality material, nice details and protection against breaking a dish if falls into my sink.

Nice product

Was pleased with this when I received it.Looks just like the photo. I use it on my draining board as I don’t like a draining rack. I think it is slightly overpriced as I could have bought a draining rack cheaper,but I am happy overall with the quality.

Stains & warps

I bought the clear one & first time I rinsed out a pot that had cooked spaghetti sauce, it stained. Then while drsining potatoes the hot water made it deform so that it no longer sits flat.

Sink drainer

I bought this one to put oh my acrylic soap and it is lovely you just have to wipe it underneath to keep it clean and it looks nice and does the job perfectly.
