NOT 8 cup!

I used a measuring cup......and 8 cups takes it to the absolute top and overflows. It's a 6 cup for practical purposes. Sorry I didn't read more of the feedback.

Great bowls!

We thought these were great bowls. Not as heavy as the old stainless steel dog bowls they used to make, but still work just fine for our Mastiffs - ***For anybody who is having trouble getting the sticker off the middle of the bowl use a product called Lemi shine and will take it off any sticker in about five minutes of soaking-

Good value

Good quality stainless for the price. One little thing is the rubber rings are removable which means they are not sealed to the dish. This means that if you wash the dish with the ring in place then water will get stuck in the ring. The alternative is to take the ring off every time you wash but that can get annoying. It’s not a huge deal just potentially a place for germs to grow

Too deep for cats

This won't work for cats, the bowl is far too deep and they don't like their whiskers touching the edges. Also, it was delivered with a very strong adhesive sticker on the interior of the bowl which took a lot of scrubbing to remove.

I love the bowls for my miniature schnauzer

I love the bowls for my miniature schnauzer. Schnauzers have a tendency to put on weight easy. I have found 1 cup a day is all my older schnauzer needs to be the right weight. These hold one cup, so all I have to do is fill it up level to the top. No scoop needed. I also have read steel is better then plastic for dog food bowls, so this is a win/win.

Great bowls

Bowls work very well for my dogs. I've a Shih-tzu (16 lb) and a mutt (26 lb). They eat wet food and in the past food has gotten stuck in the "corner". They've had to lick like maniacs to eat it, with these bowls, problem is less severe. Very sturdy, good craftsmanship, non slip, cleans easily, fast ship, thanks.

Very large god bowls hold enough water from our golden retriever. She cannot dump them easily. The dishes themselves are fairly heavy and rugged, not easy to dent or destroy. I recommend removing the rubber gasket, as it can hold a lot of dirt and grime - then just run through the dishwasher!

I have a Bullmastiff and these are able to hold plenty of food for him. Not quite big enought for water when i leave for work so i purchased a bigger gravity fed water bowl but now i just uae the second bowl for going out
