Very easy to use and holds fish tight
The clips on this area very sturdy and lock in place. I love the float so I can easily keep an eye on it. The extra length allows for it to be anchored farther from the bank.

Great product
Took this stringer to Alaska this year. It work great on the river to hold our salmon. Has a nice storage pouch for traveling. It has a long cable to keep your fish off the bank and large snaps. Great product. All the guys that went fishing with me are going to purchase their own.

Awesome Stringer!!
This a real good product and a great value. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because the spring latching system is good but I did have a 8 pound catfish pop the latch. Did not loose the fish because the hooks are pretty stout

A Good Fishing Tool
Considering how much I paid to buy this, I expected a crappy product, which is not the case here. The stringer is actually a very good product. The stainless steel cable is quite long and strong, of smooth wires. The hooks are sturdy and function well. A good purchase.

Great...For first use
We were so excited about this stringer. It was plenty long enough for where we go and tie off and the snaps were great for every catfish we got, small or huge. The cabling was strong and didn't make us worry it might snap. The floater was a great addition so we could see where the fish were while we continued. The spring for the snaps was a little different for us, but was very secure and we didn't have concerns that any fish might get away. Unfortunately, after the first use, we ran into two major problems. The first one is that the coating around the cable was already stripping off near the bottom where all the fish had collected while we hauled them in. This caused the snaps to not slide along it right and we had to strip back quite a lot just to get the snaps to move further away the next time we brought it out. But now this has us concerned about how much longer it'll last with bare cable, and we have to use gloves each time we handle it. The second is the swivels that attach the snaps to the cable. The same night we used it for the first time, it sat in the truck while we drove back for about 20 minutes, then hung the fish and filleted for about three hours. In total, from when it was first put in the water with the first fish to after filleting, rinsing it off and putting it back together in the bag was probably around 10 hours. We took it out a couple days later when we went out again and the swivels are already rusting. Badly. We used it again as our only other choice was a much smaller stringer that wouldn't have held much and thankfully it didn't break on us. But we're already scouting out a different stringer, as we can't be sure how much longer those swivels will hold up. All in all, it could potentially be a fantastic product if the coating around the cable could hold up much better to heavier weights and the swivels were either changed out with ones that won't rust out or coated in something that keeps them from rusting. As of now, we're just disappointed.

Kept the Northerns on the string
Just got back from a trip in Canada. This stringer did a great job of keeping multiple of species on the line. The orange float was also a great visual before moving spots on the lake. We were allowed 8 Northerns and this stringer easily handled the load.

Great stringer!
Easy to use. Comes with a spike that secured everything well. The most I've put onto it is about 20 lbs of Blue catfish. The float works well too. The only mild annoyance is it doesn't store well on the plastic spool it comes with.

Just OK
The quality seems quite good. After using the stringer on a canoe trip, I did come across some annoying problems. First, I wish it came with more clips as it didn't take long to fill up. 8-10 clips total would be a nice addition. Secondly the total length of the stringer gets annoying real fast. The black spooler used to wrap the stringer around has no locking point to keep the string from unspooling and getting tangled on everything. wouldn't be an issue if the stringer was 6feet instead of 15feet.

Finally a decent fish stringer.
Finally, a decent fish stringer. Well built, easy to use and very reasonably priced. The best stringer I’ve used in a very long time. Definitely not the cheap junk others sell which bend open the first time a pike thrashes.
