A couple things to note:

This has a liner. For sizing, in the military I wore a 6&7/8 size cap and this just fits tight enough that it wont fly off on my bike with no windshield. (Smallest drawn in size it will go to) I do recommend it and chose to buy a second.

Item is very small, doesn't even cover the tips of my ears. Should not be considered one size fits most or all.
