Easy to put together
This was really easy to put together. I like how the boots fit; it sits next to our kitchen door and has enough room for our whole family to put our muck boots on.

Saves space!
First I would like to say that the boot organizer certainly does serve its purpose. I had limited space to work with, and this was the solution I was looking for. What I am extremely unsatisfied about is that two of the screws required for assembly were stripped and could not allow me to properly assemble the item. I have two screws that are not threading, but I'm not sure if this is because of the screws themselves or because of the inside threads of the shelf that holds the boots. The materials for this item are of very cheap quality, and I even had to widen one of the holes in the support rods to push the screw through all the way so I could attach the second shelf. There was excess metal inside the holes, but bending the excess down with a screwdriver seemed to solve this. I currently have it sitting in my closet with two screws hanging loose, and I contacted the seller who said my only option at this point was to return the item as there is no access to replacement parts, or I could opt to keep the item for a 10% refund. I opted to keep the item, here's why: Unfortunately I no longer have access to all of the original packaging materials and would not be able to ship the item back exactly as it was sent to me. The item arrived at my doorstep in a plastic sleeve, which had been partially torn when it was delivered, making the original packaging unusable for return. At this point it would be more of a hassle to return it then to just keep the item. This was not the seller's fault, but a fault with the manufacturer, and the seller was very prompt in responding to me and settling my concern. If needed, I would purchase this item again only because it is extremely practical and just what I was looking for.

Perfect!
The media could not be loaded. Love it. Perfect height, sturdy. Boots don't get damaged when you slide down in there. Would purchase another.

Does the job
Why are these things so freaking expensive?! I'd been looking for a boot rack for my closet and was amazed at how pricey they all were. I finally settled on buying a previously owned one from Amazon to save some money. The item works as described and the color looks like the photo, though I'd call it more of a putty-like color than silver. It was easy enough to put together and holds boots as shown in the product images. Does the job!

Pretty dang pleased with this purchase
It's not a complicated story: I had a bunch of boots taking up space under my loft bed, and I needed a more efficient way to store them. Bam. The rack was easy to put together, easy to put the boots into, easy to slide back into place, and easily gave me back half or more of the footprint that had been previously taken up. Genuinely satisfied with this purchase, would recommend it for anyone looking for this kind of storage solution.

Wonderful boot rack
My kids now share my affinity for boots, and much to my husbands dismay they littered our doorway starting every fall. Last Christmas when I received 3 new pairs of boots, I also received this boot rack. We have owned it for over a year now and I'm extremely happy with it still. It assembled easily, and has held up beautifully even while packed full. I love that I can fit the kids boots and my booties on the upper tiers and have my studier tall boots standing on the bottom and the flimsy ones I hang upside-down.
