Seems to be decent for storing CD-based video games!
I bought these on a whim because I wanted some type of storage that could fit some of my video game collection that are in jewel cases. I wouldn't even bother putting DVD cases/games in these as they are too small to fit any substantial amount per bin. I was wary after I placed the order because a lot of reviews stated that their items were damaged during transit, or whatnot. Mine arrived without any cracked, broken pieces, or damage! They hold CD/Jewel Cases relatively well. There is a tiny bit of bulging on the middle of the lid with everything clasped shut, like one reviewer noted, but it's not a big deal as to cause damage to your items. One thing I don't like is that the blue handles/clasps are a little on the loose side, even when closed with the lid so I worry that they will open up if tipped over or the bins get jostled while in my car or moving truck. For the price and what they are able to work for my current situation, these get the job done wonderfully!

Love these awesome more than just shoe boxes!
These are super cool! I got the measurements from fancy expensive shoe boxes from The Container Store and found these on Amazon, my first choice shopping place for everything. They fit shoes with 5 inch heels, stilettos, platforms, wedges, short boots, high top hiking shoes, etc. The handles flip easily and turn into locks for the shoe box covers, since they completely come off, which makes easy to maneuver fitting a lot of fancy nice shoes, we don't want to put on just any box and unless you have a lot of room, shoe racks, which are my second choice and I have some, but can't currently use, because of space constraints. I must color code and sort my shoes by color. If you are shopping for shoe boxes, i'm going to guess that like most of us, you have a lot of shoes. These boxes are excellent for all of the above and more, since you can also use for accessories, belts, scarves, gloves, basically anything closet, bathroom, makeup, hair, crafts, etc.

The latching handles are needed here in Hawaii
Ordered these because the other shoe boxes that I had only had the basic lids and here in the humid tropics, it does not take long for moisture and salt air to get in and ruin all things leather and cork (most of my shoes). I have lost many shoes and purses to the elements here. With the lids on these containers, you put in what you are storing, pop a desiccate pkg in, clamp down those wonderful handles and you are good to go. I did have one of the 5 boxes arrive with a broken lid but I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a replacement...great customer service! I will be ordering more!

I love this size storage container
Perfect size for what I want. I find I waste so much space with wider containers. This one (7.5qt. 16x7x6) is great for my needs. I have so many cables (audio, video, Ethernet, USB, charging, etc) and they can all be packed into these easily. Bike parts, golf grips, speciality tools, jigs, electronics, sensors, shoes, bottles, all the pieces of unfinished projects that need to be side aside temporarily, so many uses for efficient space storage. I’m buying more! 4-13-20 Update: I have now purchased 6 sets (30) of these and I may not be done yet. Organizing my very messy workshop while quarantining at home. Love these.

Just what I needed!
I searched through many sizes of storage boxes with lids, and this one was it. I needed them for my shoes, and for the box to have a flush fit behind the door. The size and quality are perfect, so I bought another.

Helpful organizational tool.
I have always had trouble with organization. I'm now in a home with massive amounts of cupboards and walk-in closet space, and I've used these to help me organize. The ability to see what's stored, like items with like, behind the cupboard doors, has been life-changing. Things that belong with each other fit easily in these containers, and finally I am becoming an organized person. Because they're transparent, I do not need to label them, so I can find exactly what I need at a moment's notice. The latches keep the lids on until you take them off, are easy for my arthritic hands to work, and are another great help in staying organized. If a container gets jostled, items stay inside. Love these, will probably get more!
