Good for the price when I bought.
Motion sensor isn't on the switch it is on the light part of the ventilation fan Fan noise is quiet enough but not silent and easy enough to install. Keeps out all the moisture from even extednded showers

Perfect for smaller bathrooms
We bought this vent for its good look, motion sensor and night light. The switch replaced two banks the old one used so a bonus outlet was installed. All the power runs through that switch and the vent motor isn't all that powerful but for our guest bath it does well enough

Lots of features, installation is relatively straight forward
Just installed it. Seems to work as it should. The noise level seems reasonable. The light seems adequate for the space. The motion detection seems to work, but I don't know how to integrate motion detection with the regular on-off function. Have not yet had experience with the automatic humidity detection feature. Am on the fence about the orange-or-blue night light feature.

Annoying switch, other wise good
Working well after a few months, but the control switch is a mindless design. The switch has its own motion sensor and sometimes it will turn on the blue nightlight, other times the brown nightlight, other times the main light - without anybody touching anything. It also turns off too quick with no apparent way to control the delay. You also need to waive your arms around to get it to turn the dang light back on depending on your position. Would have been a great product if they had simply let you control it with regular switches, but that’s not possible since it’s got a proprietary connection from switch to fan unit. The fan is quiet and the nightlight and main light look great. Would have been nice to let you adjust the color temperature from white to yellow.

Buying Two More
This bathroom vent works exactly as advertised, and we love it so much that we are going to replace two more vents in our house. Installation could have gone better, but we have an older house that was built by the original owner. I am positive that this is the reason for a less than pleasant installation - nothing wrong with the product...... except.... it would be nice to have mounting brackets on both sides of the vent. I completely understand why there are only brackets on one side, however, in this older home, having the option or ability to put in another screw on the other side of the vent would have saved the time of building out a custom mounting box. Again, this is not a problem with the product!

Great bathroom fan and light execution of sensors could be better
I love the light levels and night light option. Also used this to replace an old NuTone fan that sounded awful so the sound on this being as quiet as it is, is incredible. With respect to the basics I give this 5 stars. I took one star off for the install as the box itself is too small even for my compact drill and they don't mention this at all in the directions or provide any special tool for it. I had to use a tool i saved from a different project to get it in there and this was not easy. I took off another star for the touch panel and sensor design. I bought this partly for the automated features and am a bit disappointed at the execution on this. There is no way that I can find to adjust the shut off time for the motion light and it seems to be very finicky. Sometimes it turns on when I am outside the bathroom even and sometimes I cannot get it to turn back on when I am in the shower and it shuts off. Feels like this was put together without anyone testing it in real use situations. The touch pad also seems to be a bit less responsive than I would expect it to be. Def could use some refinement which I would expect at an $80 price point but not at ~$150

Works great, two wire connection is all you need to the fan.
Fairly easy install but you will need a neutral wire to the switch(controller) for it to work. It was installed in a small(50 sq. ft.) bathroom that I fixed the ceiling in. It's quiet, senses motion and humidity, and has a few light settings all controlled through a two wire connection from the switch(controller).

Inconsistent. Doesn’t work like it should. Don’t buy.
The media could not be loaded. I bought this primarily for the moisture sensor as I forget to turn the fan on most of the time until I’m already in the shower. The sensor works initially but the fan never turns off after the moisture is gone. It does momentarily and then comes back on. 60% of the time, the buttons don’t work for any of the features. Fan, light, night light. Now it’s installed. Had to close the gap in the ceiling, as it was smaller than the original. Fully installed to test properly and it doesn’t work.. So as a consumer, I’m stuck with something that does 1/3 of what it says it does.

Not cool white as advertised
All the pictures appear as cool white but after installing, the light is actually warm white, and now is a huge problem as all my other lighting is cool white (around 6000k). Upon reading the description they do mention it is 4000k, but I wish I knew sooner as I wouldn't have purchased this fan. The wiring was a bit tedious as I was hoping to reuse the original wires from a fan I was replacing, but was not able to. This fan requires constant power in order for it to function as needed. Also, the fan does not retain any settings. I was hoping to be able to use my existing wiring, which is set up as the light fixture and fan on the same circuit. I was unable to, as when I would turn off the light switch, it would in turn de-power the fan switch. Then when you turn it back on, you would have to turn the fan switch back on as well rather than it turning on by itself. The features are nice but functionally it is not as good as I would have hoped.

Panel switch covered under warranty
** Update Feb 9, 2022 I reached out to Homewerks directly through their website and their customer service was very prompt and quick in providing the part number along with the confirmation that they shipped a replacement panel switch. I am pleased thus far. ** Purchased in May 2021. The touch screen control panel stopped functioning mid Jan 2022. That's 10 months! For the price tag paid for this unit, it is definitely not worth it. It would be nice if the seller replaced the control panel or if there was some form of warranty. It's a shame that this unit is now worthless and unusable.

Easy to install light is bright enough and like the motion sensor at Night unfortunately the light switch seems not to work all the time. Would be 5 stars with a switch that works
