Nice looking

I purchased 2 of these nightstands. One had the backing damaged upon arrival and packaging wasn’t damaged. Very well packed so this was from the factory. I read it is common with the company from reviews. As far as putting it together one suggestion is to put the wood piece that is below drawer on after assembly. Don’t follow the directions when it pertains to that. Makes it easier for the drawer to slide all the way in. If you follow the directions it’s a pain and you will have t do a lot adjusting of the drawer. It won’t slide all the way in.

The pre-drilled holes need to be drilled a little larger. Tough trying to MANUALLY screw the pieces into the holes, especially at a tough angle.

Nice prodect. Relatively easy to assemble. Would buy again.

Nice product. Relatively easy to assemble but takes some time. Need your own screwdrivers. Make sure you center back before installing because if your off even a slight bit it impacts where the screws are secured into the visible side.

Home styles nightstand. Same as the AG Rossie

This is a great night Stand. When I change my backboard on my king-size bed, the unit was larger than the space I had for my other nightstand which was 24.5” W. So I needed to replace it with something that would fit in a 22 inch space and this was the ticket. It favored my other nightstand almost. I did a search on the Internet for 22 inch wide nightstands. I looked through many stands before finding this one. However when I found it it was on another competitors website under a different name and brand. They called it the Rossie It’s the exact same unit! When I first saw it I said that’s the one I need. However they wanted $199.99 for it. After looking at it for two weeks and hoping they would put a sale on it, they bump the price up to $213.99. I said no way! After a week went by they knocked it back down to $199 and I just sat on it. I figured they would have a reduction in price before long. I was on eBay looking, when I came across this exact same one, someone was selling it is damaged, the top has been scarred and they had reduced it down to $40. With free shipping. I was almost tempted to buy it, thinking I would be able to sand the top down and restain it. I kept coming back to it, I figured they would have a reduction in price before long. And as I scroll through the many pictures they had taken, one thing suddenly hit me it was the picture of the home styles nightstand 20055370042. I decided to go try that number on Amazon, and what do you know their picture was nice and clear and I said I swear that looks like the one over At the other online retailer, they had bumped the price up and then brought it back down after I did not snap at the deal. Amazon has a fair price for this and I wish the other people who were paying the full price at the other place had only known it’s the same unit with just a different name on it. I recommend buying this one I’m going to order One of the clear plastic mats that Amazon sells to go on the top to protect it. As this is what my mother would call pressed wood. I toned it down some, and she despised such products. It had to be the real stuff, antiques especially. I told her to help herself and buy me what she would like or bank roll it and I would be happy to accommodate her desires and taste. LOL. Recommend this one to all

Very Nice Looking

You can't beat this for the money. It fits right in with the more expensive pieces of furniture in the room. I'm using it to hold the cable box and remote for our living room television. It looks great.

Great looking piece of furniture - and my wife agrees!

I knew I was taking a bit of a chance ordering this prior to my wife's seeing it. Call me spontaneous. Or impulsive ;) But the good news is that my wife really loves this night stand, as I do. It looks and feels solid - like a factory manufactured piece of solid dark cherry (which it isn't - it's laminate). The drawer slider mechanism is smooth and secure. All in all - a very good value, and a true 5-star bargain. While it's not worth subtracting a star for this, I will note that the illustrations accompanying the assembly booklet could have been clearer - I questioned the orientation or pieces at some points, and sure enough - installed one piece "backwards" which necessitated going back two steps and disassembling/re-assembling. I was not a happy camper. But we kept calm, and carried on..... On the plus side, the manufacturer provides extra hardware in case you do drop/misplace a screw or bolt. I had no problem there - but the drill chuck for Phillips head DID remain stuck and came off the drill in one of the pre-drilled holes. Again - I could have used a hand too, but didn't - so no subtracted stars for that one - but, be aware. Overall - great finish, sturdy construction (yay!) and very functional!

Pleased but a Flaw Could Have Spelled Trouble

Nice for the price! This kit is well designed and well executed. A flaw that was minor to me may have been major for someone else so I withheld a star for that. First the good: Assembly for my copy was simple and straight forward with an assembly plan that was perfect. Packaging was excellent and probably accounted for the excellent condition of its contents on arrival. All components were clearly labeled including all the hardware and there was one extra item of fastening hardware in each bag. Everything fit nicely together to produce a nightstand with the appearance of quality. It is of course not a high quality piece (no fancy joinery, laminated, etc.) but then that wasn't expected for the price. The drawer slides nicely on preinstalled metal sliders. Top and sides were well finished and without noticeable blemishes or scratches. I am very pleased with this piece of furniture. Cons: One of the four legs (you could call them feet) had two (of four total) defective countersunk holes that prevented the screws from penetrating the leg far enough to reach the body of the nightstand so I had to do some adjusting with my electric drill. This would have been a show stopper for many customers so for that flaw I dropped a star from my rating. The price is a little high at $150 considering everything but it is exactly what I was looking for and could find anywhere else but Amazon.
