Inaccurate color

This is one of the best counter stools we have tried. It's sturdy and so comfortable. I wanted to love it, but when we put it together and put it in our gray kitchen, we realized that the color was more taupe than gray.

CHECK ALL ITEMS BEFORE ASSEMBLY

love the stools, after I assembled them. Had to glue several pieces as the screws would not hold. After assembling one of the stools, using wood glue and clamps, and letting it set overnight, I discovered that two of the legs were cut at the wrong angle. Photo only shows one side of stool, other side cut the same. To late to return as I had already glued the legs and could not separate items without destroying them. These are nice stools and I would recommend them, just be sure to check them out before assembly.

Beautiful counter chairs!

I think these are the best counter chairs I ever saw. I love the style and quality. They are very comfortable and soft. They are very easy to assemble, I am a woman and did it myself. There is a possibility of them to be unstable (as I saw in the video), but it's for any chair, sometimes you need to untighten and tighten the screws several times before all the legs are even. That's what I did. Love them!

Beautiful and comfy but poor quality control

Love the look, Size and comfort of these stools. The crossbars are not predrilled correctly and the screws constantly fall out because there is nothing for them to grip. I returned one stool already and received a replacement without issues. Now another keeps falling apart after just two months use and I realized it is the same issue as the one I returned. From other reviews here it seems this is a common issue. I will be using wood glue and longer screws next. Giving three stars because they look and feel much more expensive than they are, but the screws are a nightmare.

Lower price & received fast.

Purchased only 3 of these stools at a furniture store but decided I wanted another. I went online it was $50 less and received it in less than one week. It took several months to receive the stools from the furniture store. Love them!

Looks great but.......

Looks great but when we were putting it together, noticed one of the legs did not have the necessary holes to attach it to the seat. Super bummed. Was trying to see exchange for another but it only allowed me to return. However, the box was thrown out. I'm going to see if we can somehow drill our own hole since I can't return or exchange it. Wish these came pre-assembled!
