Cute if your child is chubby or has hips

This skirt is cut like a square. My slender daughter is not. This thing falls right down to get knees. There's no waist line and because she's only 6 and a ballarena, she is straight up and down. Not a good little girls cut. Returning item

Item arrived wet inside sealed bag.

Couldn’t try it on. Item arrived soaked through with unknown liquid inside sealed bag. Outer shipping bag and return label inside shipping bag were dry. Very odd.
