I like it
Good headgear overall, I feel protected. It is a little tight when I have my mouth piece in but I think its suppose to be this way? I box on the weekends with friends so I'm not an expert when it comes to boxing gear.

Cool-looking and very comfortable headgear
I'm not a professional fighter, but I do train often and try to get in sparring as much as I can. Here are my thoughts on the Venum Challenger 2.0 Headgear: PROS: - Comparable in price to the competition. I looked at a lot of headgear before settling here. I did not need an extremely high quality head piece, as I do not spar on a regular basis. Based on the reviews and the brand reputation, I felt I was getting my money's worth here without sacrificing quality. - Cool design. You can see the pictures for yourself. - Comfortable fit. I have a big head - there, I said it. And this headgear fits me just fine. There are three pieces that velcro together in the back to get your fit just right. At best, you can leave two of them stuck together all the time to get this on and off, but you'll need to secure it every time you put this on. I have not had any issues with the headgear sliding over my face. My ears also fit well inside the "ear cups". - Good view. I've worn crappy headgear that obstructed some of my peripheral eyesight during sparring. The design of this one does not block very much of my view. No cons that I can think of at the moment. These were able to absorb some of the punishment, but at the end of the day, you're still going to feel punches. I like to think they help with the vibrations that go through my head. I would recommend these over the cheaper brands such as everlast.

Great quality product
fits as described! I used it for several sparring sessions already. It was very easy to put on and stayed put! Very happy with this purchase!

Best headgear
It’s the best headgear I’ve ever had. The all white and the white/black fit great. The all black is much smaller though. Highly suggest buying this if you spar. Solid protection and quality. The top is straps not like some headgears with shoe strings. Buy these there the best.

Overall great, a few minor complaints.
Overall, its very good, just a few minor issues. The headgear has wonderful ear protection, and does not obstruct vision as most headgear does, it is very open in the face. It is a little wide and bulky, but that is worth it since the padding is so great. Unfortunately, the one size fits all approach does not really work. I am a smaller woman and I have to pull the strap all the way across in the back, and the cross strap on top hangs loosely. Even with the velcro strap pulled tight it shifts around a little bit, not a lot, but enough where I have to stop and adjust it during sparring. If you are average size or larger, I would imagine that it would be perfect. Overall I was very pleased with this headgear, despite the few minor issues it is very good.

Good Product, Great Price
Works great for sparring, Muay Thai or Boxing. I don’t want my headgear to be a helmet, I want protection but not so much that the risk factor escapes. This headgear was my first piece or Venum gear and I will likely purchase more in the future. 4.5/5

Why are You Even Reading the Reviews Still??? Buy It Already!
I've been using this headgear for a couple of months now, and it's awesome. I must admit, I have nothing to compare it to, as this is my first headgear, but I CAN compare what it's like getting hit with it on and without it on. Peripheral vision is slightly obstructed, but what you lose in sight, you gain in protection. Hits to the head are definitely absorbed by this headgear. However, there's enough room to still get hit straight in the nose. It's easy to put on and take off, as long as you don't completely undo all of the velcro whenever you remove it from your head. Another great thing about this headgear is that it stays put. Very rarely do I need to re-adjust the headgear. This headgear is a solid performer, made with quality materials, and excellent craftsmanship. Looks like it'll hold up for years to come. I also love the design on it.

Great Headgear for Sparring in Muay Thai - 10 yr old Female
This is a great headgear, my 10 year old daughter uses this for sparring in muay thai. The headgear is a one size fits all which allows her to have her hair braided and still have room for comfort. This product protects her cheek bones and chin and provides great vision for blocking head strikes. It's easy to put on, since she has long hair we found this headgear to be the best if she has a pony tail or long braids.

quality gear
I bought this for boxing sparring practice after having a very good experience with other Venum products (12 and 16oz gloves). Very comfortable to wear, great ability to absorb the blows, unobstructed view with great coverage and protection for the face. Highly recommend, would buy again.

Fits most Youth & adults
This helmet fit amazing for my 12 year old son and is adjustable enough that I could wear it as well. Extremely well made and a quality product. Money well spent.
