Do you want warm hands? Then buy these gloves.

Horseback riders in cold climates, you NEED these gloves. Seriously, these are the best thing ever. I had the older version of these gloves about 5 years ago and JUST purchased these as a replacement. My older gloves lasted YEARS of barn work, riding horses, everyday use and general life. I didn't think the newer version could improve anything, but I was wrong! These are so soft on the inside yet don't make your hands sweat like a lot of winter gloves do. They give you great flexibility while at the barn and riding and I feel like I can really feel the reins with them on. I have Reynolds and these gloves help so much during the winter! My only con would be to make them more water-resistant for riding or working in the snow. Otherwise, they are worth the price and I HIGHLY recommend them!

I liked the look, but they're not as warm as advertised. They'll be good for autumn, but not warm enough for winter in Maine.

My Go-To Winter Farm Gloves

Back for my third pair! The index and middle fingers of my first pair are pretty shot after 5 horse-farm winters, but the gloves are still hanging in there (the left one spent 6 months in the back pasture after falling out of my pocket; found it during spring bushogging, LOL). My second pair is new last year -- but basically, I live in fear of these gloves being discontinued, so I'm back for a backup pair! :-) As others said, these aren't heavy padded winter gloves; they're best down to around 20 degrees F, but as long as you're working, they're okay down to 10 F. Still, they are so much more maneuverable than my heavy gloves, it's a rare day when these aren't my first choice for chores. Please don't change these gloves, Heritage ... they're the best!!!!!

Great feeling gloves!!!

I ordered these in the tan size 10 and although they were a little too small for my hand size I have to say the quality is excellent. The leather is soft and supple. The thinsulate lining is warm and soft. The seams of the glove seem very heavy duty and would be hard pressed to separate in my opinion. I plan on sending the size 10 back for the size 11. I have med to large palm size but longer fingers so I usually have to get large/xl gloves. The glove chart I used online mislead me a little as to the size per this brand, there are just so many sizes to choose in this line and it almost takes trying them on first to find the right fit in my experience. Luckily Amazon has an awesome return policy if they do not fit minus the $6 shipping you lose. If you have large hands I would suggest the size 11 hope it saves someone some shipping costs. All in all it is a great glove for driving, working, or just keeping Jack Frost from ruining your day. I would definitely purchase again and of course recommend to friends/family as all around awesome winter glove.

nice leather gloves

The leather these gloves are made with is very soft, and good quality. The problem is finding the right size. I went by the instructions on the website and thought I ordered the right size. They are tight however and I don't have a lot of flexibility in my fingers. I kept them thinking they will stretch out with more use. They haven't yet, but I'm still trying. The lining is a soft flannel and they are nice looking gloves.

good gloves

these gloves are warm to a certain point! when the wind is blowing and temps are below 30 degrees, my usually “get cold very easily” get cold. but, my fingers stay warm when the wind isn’t blowing and the temps are below 30 degrees. i bought them as riding gloves for training my colts...unfortunately, my leather split reins don’t slide through them as i need them too. they have become my chore gloves and they are great for that. these are good gloves and i would recommend them for certain activities and environments!

Worth it

I wanted to wait until the winter season was through to review- it’s texhnicallt spring but they are still calling for snow in the northeast. I have terrible circulation and on the days that we’re 10°F and below- these gloves definitely needed an extra layer. On days over 10°F they are fabulous. I use them for mucking, riding, throwing hay, sweeping, shoveling... all that good stuff. They are very comfortable and durable and I will be purchasing another pair when I wear through these which won’t be for a long time.
