Beautiful faucet
Great quality and beautiful looking! Was also a great price! Wish it had a little more mobility for using in a big sink.

Good stream and spray flow, bad installation instructions.
The laminar flow stream and the tight spray pattern are both substantial improvements relative to the expensive Moen piece of junk I replaced with this Grohe. Both stream and spray seem to be higher volume than the Moen. I did not modify or remove the flow limitation. The rubber hose at the top is stiff. It's just flexible enough to reach to spray around our whole fairly normal-size kitchen sink. If you want more flexibility or reach you might want to consider the more expensive (approximately double the price, "premium") K7 line. The instructions are only pictures, no words. They are really not well done. (I have done plenty of faucet installs, I'm not new to the process, but I would hate for this to have been my first faucet installation.) In case it helps: The brass collar nut should be only hand-tightened and the faucet body (and escutcheon, if you have purchased one separately) placed where you want, then the two screws should be tightened through the collar nut against the large metal washer (with the rubber washer between the metal washer and the counter or standoff) in order to lock the faucet body to the counter. The hot and cold supply lines are not marked. (I guessed wrong the first time and had to swap them afterward.) No escutcheon is included with this unit. If you are installing this over three holes, you'll want to purchase the separate escutcheon. I had an existing escutcheon from the Moen I replaced, and that escutcheon did not fit the Grohe; escutcheons are not necessarily interchangeable.

Beautiful but drips
The media could not be loaded. I've had many Grohe faucets over the years so I know they are typically very well made. That's probably why I'm a little disappointed in this faucet. While it is absolutely gorgeouos and for the most part functions great, it has this one annoying characteristic - it drips after you turn it off. Not one or two drips. That I could deal with. This is more like 2-3 dozen drips before it eventually stops. What's weird is that it doesn't happen every time you shut it off. Just most times. This could be an issue with this one faucet and I intend to reach out to them to see what can be done but this is not the experience I'm used to with this brand. Couple my experience with some other reviewers comments about leaking and I have to wonder if the brand just isn't what it used to be.

Great U.S faucet but !
Overall, The concetto is great! I like the matirial and the elegance looking. Unfo.. Im a bit dispointed from getting the 9/16 sink conector and not 3/8 conector as common in europe. I have been serching for that part at the descreption but nothing to find about that. In the end,It made me a hard time and even made me spending more money till i found solution for that. I added a picture: on the right side the europian connection and from left the grohe sink. Still recomand that faucet, specialy for u.s/canada people :) Thanks.

Worst waterflow!
Again this is restricted water floral for California not Florida and they should list this on the website!! This item is going back it is beautiful it’s heavy it’s well-made it’s gorgeous but it sucks!

I have been using my faucet for about 6 months now. I can’t think of reason not to give it 5 stars. I have always used higher end faucets and have been super happy with this one. This is my second Grohe, had the last one in the kids bathroom for 15 plus years. Sold that house and the Grohe outlived the other faucets in the house That’s why I chose Grohe for this house!

Rubber sleeve tore, hot water pressure declined, started leaking inside
Another heavy chunk of metal destined for the landfill after a few years of use! The handle was always finicky and would tend to catch in certain positions. The rubber sleeve tore and deteriorated where it would hit on the holder-bar. (To Grohe's credit, they sent me a new spout, for free, though that took a number of months.) The hot water pressure started becoming less and less (I thought we had a problem with the boiler - not so). Then, finally, when turned on, it leaked internally, soaking the inside of the cabinet without our knowledge. I replaced it with a Moen Milton, which, so far, appears to be functionally and visually a much better product.

Crooked no matter how you hard I try to bend it back!
Just had a plumber install last week - no matter what we did, we couldn't get this to sit straight. Not the high end look you're after, looks broken!
