MY FAVORITE COOKING PAN
I love the size, I love the depth, I love the glass lid, I love the casserole handles rather than a long handle. I love that NOTHING EVER STICKS TO IT!!! NOTHING! It's great for stir-fry, but I use it for everything. I highly recommend this ceramic skillet.

Loving it.
I've had this pan for 2 months so far and I'm beginning to love this pan. I was skeptical when I first opened the pkg because the instructions noted that you should cook on medium heat. I always thought stir-fry should be cooked with high heat, especially if its cooked in a wok. That turned out to be a minor issue for me. I cook everything on medium-high heat with no issues. My stir-fry comes out good. I use it to cook foods that splatter (like bacon). The deep sides helps keep the splatter from going all over the stove. I reheat food in it (meat, veggies, and starch, and even mac&cheese) by putting it on medium heat letting the food warm up for about 10 mins. then easily slide the food out of the pan when warm enough. So far so good. Still very nonstick. In fact it's so nonstick I don't have to put it in the dishwasher. I just wash it with water, dish soap and a soft sponge. No scrub sponge. Since it's nonstick it takes 1 - 2 mins to clean. I don't know why some customers are having a problem with the nonstick wearing away. I will definitely make note of the nonstick wearing away. If or when it happens I will let you know. P.S.- The instructions also said not to use extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) in the pan or cooking sprays when cooking. It says to use oil like canola or butter if anything at all. So I pretty much follow that directive. Kind of a hard switch for me because I normally use EVOO when cooking in any other pan. But it's still a minor issue for me. Also, I have not used it in the oven yet but I'm sure it will work as expected there. :) ***Update 1 year later: Still loving it. My pan STILL is as non-stick as the day I bought it. It's a little over a year since I bought it. Still non-stick, still easy to clean. I have now tried using it in the oven several times (no problem). I have even used EVOO when cooking, no problem. I also use metal utensils in it although not all the time, but still no problem. I still love this pan and would buy it again. ***Update 2 yrs and 3 mos later Well it finally happened. The non-stick is wearing off. I think because I've been a little careless with it here and there. A couple of burns and certain items I've cooked probably helped to wear off the non-stick. I've noticed non-stick starting to wear off at around the 2 yr point. But now it's wearing more. Over-easy eggs stick after I turn them over and ready to take them out of the pan. And thats when cooking them in a little butter and oil. And I can't have that, I don't like broken yolks on over-easy eggs. Lol. Anyway now I'm looking for a new non-stick pan. I'll check bed Bed Bath and Beyond near me , they're having a liquidation sale. If I don't find anything, I'll come back to Amazon and I may wind up with the same pan. Because I like the size of it (11 in. diameter), the deep sides as well as the non-stick. But this time I'll be more careful with the new pan. Fingers crossed. :-)

Good pan
We love using this griddle-like pan. It works well for crepes!

Great pan, easy to clean.
This pan is a great size for many recipes, including things I might normally stir fry. It's easy to clean, esp. using the melamine sponges recommend by the manufacturer. Although I had gotten used to glass lids with a steam hole, this is a solid lid and I really like it. This is the second pad by this manufacturer that I've purchased and like using.

The Mushroom did it
The shape of this pan is just right for daily use: the sides are just the right height and curve to keep food in and the bottom is the right size for cooking sides or a main dish for 2. I love the how there are two curved handles rather than the straight kind of handle that sticks out (and clutters up the stove top). The lid is nothing special, meaning it does it's job. While it was truly nonstick, it was wonderful. Now it is just ok. Cleaning is easy. I had read the negative reviews and kept them in mind. They are right, the nonstick on this pan is delicate. I was careful to follow the directions. I never had the heat on high, not even once. The highest I had it was med-high, and only when food was already in the pan. I regularly and consistently kept it on medium. Obviously I hand washed after the pan had completely cooled. One day I was cooking some mushrooms on medium heat and, because I was multitasking, accidently burned them. The center of the pan where the mushrooms burned left little brownish-black blotches on the pan. I let it cool before washing and wasn't able to get those stains out. Worse, those spots are no longer non-stick. I did not expect burnt mushrooms to be the thing that ruined the non stick coating on this pan! If this pan was a year old, no, 6 months old, I could forgive it-- but it's barely 3 months old! That's very disappointing. I'm not going to throw it out or anything. It still works as a pan, it's just that the nonstick is now on the level of the hand-me-down non-stick Calphalon pans I got from my mother-- all of which had been outrageously abused by my Dad (who cooked on high heat and beat the insides like they broke into his house) for YEARS. EDIT: I figured out how to get the stain off the pan. Mix baking powder and vinegar until it's just beyond a paste and scrub. This will make the pan look like new. It helps with some of the sticking too, but unfortunately the non-stick will never come back to it's original form. Oh well, I just add extra oil to everything and that works well (most of the time).

Kinda big, SO much better than my old Teflon oversized sauté pan!
As an apartment dweller, maximizing my storage space while having useful items is essential. I've had this cumbersome Teflon sauté pan for years that I now rarely use because it's too big for the largest burner on the stove, and the sides are straight up, which isn't efficient. This general use pan has a bottom the size of the largest burner, with curved sides, which is much easier to use. Plus, this has two small handles, versus having a very long one, so storage options are better. My other GreenPans clean up fast and easy, and are truly non-stick. They also heat up very fast, and far more efficiently than other pans that I have, making them great for an electric stove.

Metal utensil safe?
I just received this pan today. It looks beautiful. It is advertised as being metal utensil safe, but the pamphlet that comes with it recommends using silicone utensils! I hate silicone utensils, which is why I bought this pan. So, to be absolutely clear, the manufacturer says you " can" use metal, but probably shouldn't. Really?? Well, I am keeping it, and I will use metal on it, so I will update at a later date and let y'all know how well it holds up!

Disappointed with the Griddle
With less than one month of careful use, following all precautions while use and cleaning , the griddle is not non-stick anymore. Regular warm soapy water and sponge doesn't even clean the pan since there is grease stuck to it! Totally disappointed!

Good size non stick wok
This is a great size for stir frys and it's good that it's made with healthier non stick materials. I'm really glad I purchased this. GreenPan is a pioneer brand in ceramic cookware so I trusted the brand.
