A little short on what it does.

First, I only gave these 3 stars because the bar on these type of heating pads has been set very high by the ones I normally use, so it may be a bit harsh, and I do not want you to think these are no good. They are, but no where near as good as the brand I normally use. I've had to buy some of these because my normal brand was out of supply. They have a 1"+ stripe in the middle with no stick to it, you need to get it on the right place first time because they can't be moved, and the heat is a bit lacking for me. They do stop working if you cut off their air supply, but if there is any material left for the to reheat, they will.

Keep their heat for at least 12 hours

I use these warmers whenever And wherever I have a muscle ache. They stick to my shirt or body and hold the heat for 12 hours. I think they are terrific

Warmers Peel N' Stick Body Warmers

I love these! Especially when I need heat applied to a particular area. Be sure not to apply directly to the skin- it will burn you. Trust me I know. The heat is retained much longer than it says, which is a plus for me. Yes, I recommend this item.

Great for warmth and body aches

I buy a lot of warmers, toes, hands and body and I have tried other brands too. I like the Grabber ones the best and over the years, the body warmer is now the only one I feel I really need. I used to buy the warmers for winter sports but since I have good mittens now, the only ones I need are the body warmers. Why would I buy so many? I travel a lot for fun and business and they serve two purposes, keeping me warm and easing any back aches from long flights. You should never stick these directly on your skin, it's not their purpose but I can place I do not have to peel off the adhesive to use it and move it around for body aches. I also like to pack light even in cold weather when I travel for fun and I have cheated having a thick coat by sticking these on the back of my shirt (of course I am wearing layers so it's not too visible. When it was really cold I stuck one on the back and front and felt warm and toasty the whole day. Works great to also stick on the inside back of a jacket on the lining. The package I received had Mar 2019 expiration date which is awesome since I bought two cases. My friends are always taking some when we travel.

Ease the pain

I use these on my lower back when I have a painful flare up. They are like a sticky heating pad. They don’t get too hot—they’ve never burned me. I find them especially convenient when traveling. I just throw a few of them in my bag to use whenever needed. They last at least 10 hours for me.

So Warm!

Imagine being in below 0 with windchills. all the blizzards and freezing snow. I live in an apartment so my dog needs to go out to potty and I walk him twice daily, rain or shine....even in blizzards. I put this under my shirts but over my tank tops and they do keep me warm. My only issue is that it sometimes doesn't stick too well so I have to put it on my lower back where my jeans or leggings can hold it in place. I used this when I went snowboarding as well, I brought extra for my friends and they said it was a life saver since we went when there was a frost bite warning. I know it's crazy to go snow boarding out in that kind of weather but there really wasn't anything to do. The enitre box lasted me through the entire winter (which is usually 6 months here). I even wore them to work when our heaters broke down. It was definitely a good buy.

not even warm ,luke warm

this is the first time im trying to return item on Amazon.I really need it during working now.i opened it. It wasn't hot, it wasn't warm, it was luke warm. I thought the first one might be faulty, so I opened another package, but same. it shows Do Not Apply Directly to The Skin.but if i do that,i wont even feel it luke warm.

Warm... But not hot

Gets warm and lasts much longer than expected But doesn't get anywhere near the claimed temperature of 53C avg or 63C max.. Closer to mid-low 40s. This does have the advantage of being great for kids and for long wear on base layer.

They are good when you wrap them around your toes over your socks. My daughter says they keep her warm. Be nice if they warmed up faster.

Best heat warmers

These are the best heat warmers I've tried! And I've tried many. They really help with my lower back pain. They generate heat for almost 24h. And unlike others I've tried, the heat is always pleasant (never overbearing) and heats evenly. Very impressed and will be ordering more!

Highly recommended. We went for camping in mountains. It was 5 degrees at night . Those patches save our life. It really works . Keeps heat well. 24 hours for sure . Planning to buy another set, so we had used them all.
