Reviews update if get newest version alarm not as loud as 2016 model and sound gos for nothing to full in few seconds radio best choice for hard sleepers ps check back up battery one's a month to prevent battery bust and alarm clock dameged Ps newest version has a ac adapter can come unplugged cousing short and fire hazzard older version hard wired in Love the 1.8 large display usually get red because all other colors to bright it is a little to bright similar to a small night light light up my bead room a little helps see way to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night put display settling regular dim is to much mad hard see if room light on can see just fine at night on dim wish Amazon had same deal i got $9.20 on the gpx model that has red display different model same features this alarm clock has a very good digital tuner radio reserve my older gpx had put on Buzz radio had poor reception but this alarm clock radio reserve good this alarm clock fairly loud buzzer volume can't turn up volume only for radio so put on radio for alarm fairly loud but as loud as other's I've looked up on YouTube read owners manual little different operating lest this alarm clock has a seprit button for hour and minutes my old alarm clock had one button if past up minutes or hour had scan threw age pain not this clock fairly ezy set one's read owners manual!!!! Has a long power cord Ive tested all features they work including battery back up all settings saved So yes i recommended this alarm clock ps Amazon prime you can get$9.99mouth buy this gpx alarm clock in less very hard to please you'll love it wonts you get the hang of it read owners manual little better!!!! Amazon has red display version but at a higher price alarm clock with aaa battery back up most have 9volt plug wire ezy to brake aaa battery last longer and aaa batterys more economical can find in 20 or more paks for$5 ps love all buttons on top glad not switches wear out fast buttons last longer and don't short out like switch do ezy access 9 volt battery back up i like aaa wish aa can get in large package for cheep price you can get aaa like this some places buy this alarm clock if green display don't bother you or what you won't grate alarm clock i beat walmart price thanks Amazon ps volume dose go up after sounding from were you set for listening to full in seconds. Not gradually going up slowly!! Buzzer stays the same putting next to something in a box like shelf sems make sound louder ps if not loud enough by sound bar has a jak on back plugin makes louder!!!! :-)

Review of the Brightness of 5 Different Alarm Clocks Executive Summary: I like my bedroom pitch black. Every alarm clock is too bright, even the ones I tried. However, with some window tintGila JS248 Peel and Cling Super Limo Black 35% VLT Static Cling Glare Control Automotive Window Tint (this is what I used, but I would suggest even darker tint) they can be manageable. I did not try any of the actual alarm or radio functions for any of the clocks. I reviewed quite a few alarm clocks on Amazon before deciding to buy the following. The deciding factors were the design of the clock and the reviews in regards to the brightness. If the design appeared cheap I didn't consider it. If there were few to no reviews or if the reviews overwhelming or consistently said the clock was too bright I wouldn't consider it. These clocks were to initially be placed on the night stand. However, they were all so bright I changed course and decided to place them on a ledge 25 feet away from the head of the bed. Geneva 4584E Elgin Electric Alarm Time ClockGeneva 4584E Elgin Electric Alarm Time Clock The best of all the alarm clocks I tried. It's the only one I kept. Even though it had the largest display of any of the clocks I tried, it was only slightly brighter than the smallest display Sony ICF-C318. I have 2 layers of window tint on it and it's still a tad bright. The only negative is the LED lights used to light up the numbers are directly in the middle of each line composing each digit. As a result, the middle of the line is bright and the edge of the line is dim. At times this makes it difficult to read. Note: The first clock I received was broken. However, even with 2 layers of window tint it was still too bright to place on the night stand and the display was too small to read from 25 feet away. The white plastic also stood out in a dark room. The only way to have a dim alarm clock is to put tint on it. No one makes a dim alarm clock. They're all too bright. The tint itself is a tad bubbly once you put it on, but it stays on and didn't leave any sticky residue when I took it off.

I am satisfied with the product. This product needs a step down as it is from US which is not mentioned along with the product particulars. After booking only, I was informed about this. Otherwise, very good product.

You can't compare product with prize. Cheap looks.
Recived product GPX scratches on screen led glow is not uniform. Screen was covered with rough polythene cover which is not screen protector. Quality of plastic not good as shown on website. Will not recommend to buy.

No tires tu dinero
Amazon me encanta, pero a veces no entiendo como pueden vender productos tan pero tan malos como este. No cabe duda que aún en Amazon las cosas baratas no siempre serán la mejor solución. El reloj es muy malo. El display no se ve. Enciende tan tenue que con poca luz ya no se ve. Creo que es para vampiros. Muy complicado de configurar. Plásticos de pésima calidad y botones que en 1 semana ya no servirán. Lo devolví al día siguiente. No lo recomiendo para nada. No tires tu dinero.

POSITIVO : El reloj se ve bastante bien de noche, tiene un gran tamaño para verse claramente a una distancia de 3 metros. El sonido es fuerte bastante como para despertarme. Las baterias (no incluidas) no le permite desconfigurarse. Botones medianos, normales NEGATIVO: Nada muy grave, no trae manual claro para todas las funciones. Las pilas no lo mantienen encendido si se va la luz, pero no se desconfigura ninguna alarma ni el reloj.
