Elegant disposable

These are a very sophisticated disposable utensils. They don't have a strange taste or smell. For the money, you get a lot.

Nice set of flatware, no little forks

I guess I didn't pay good enough attention to what came in this set when I bought it. I thought they would come with two types of forks like it comes with two sets of spoons. I see now on the main photo it clearly shows no little forks. Giant oversight from me, my bad. This is a well-made and sturdy set of flatware to add to your collection. I got the Champagne Gold color and it looks exactly like the product photo, yay! Do I normally get gold flatware? No. It seemed like a fun addition to the flatware we have to mix it up a bit. These are giftable as they arrive in a nice retail-looking box. They feel sturdy and durable but somehow lightweight and easy on the hand. The handle design is simple lines which I think would match anyones decor. Surprisingly the butterknives are a bit sharper (teethier?) than my other AmazonBasics flatware set which is fine by me. They've been through the dishwasher many times and have come out looking just like new each time. Overall great set of flatware but I wish it came with little forks (we use those quite often).

Nice color and reasonable strength. 18/0 stamped and pressed flatware.

This is good flatware but not definitely not high end. It isn't quite what I expected from this company and price range but isn't necessarily bad if the price is right. 18/0 Steel The steel used in this flatware is a lowest end steel of all common steels 18/10 , 18/8 and 18/0 used in flatware. The second number 0 in this case refers to the percent Nickle used in the steel. In this case none (0%). Nickle improves the luster and strength of the flatware. Stamped Construction. The entire utensil (spoons and forks) are essentially the same width. there is a convex pattern pressed on the top of each handle (leaving a concave bottom.) The edges are relatively "sharp" and not rounded, giving these somewhat of a hollow feel. Medium weight: While the handles are concave, the overall steel is pretty thick and the weight of each utensil feels good overall Luster. The satin finish is a nice choice for the 18/0 steel and makes a pleasant dull low gloss finish. Final thoughts: The flatware is overall OK, if you realize what you are getting. I personally was expecting more based on the price and brand.

It is not bad, but it is pricey.

If you're looking for a sleek and slim gold flatware set, this 16-piece set is a great option. The 18/0 stainless steel is durable and won't need polishing, and it's dishwasher-safe for easy care. The set includes four each of dinner fork, dinner knife, dinner spoon, and teaspoon, enough to service a table of four. The only downside is that there are no salad forks, and the gold color is more faded gold than vivid gold. Also, it is a bit pricey for what you are getting.

Muted gold, large size utensils

These are definitely bigger than your average flatware utensils. The fork and spoons seem wider or larger. I am on the fence about how much I like them. I like Mikasa and have used their plates and feel they are good quality. These utensils seem to be good quality and strong metal, and after a few washings, I don't see any scrapes or gold being rubbed off. To me, this is a good sign. The price appears appropriate for quality, while the sizes seem off to me in terms of the mouthfeel. It's a consideration if you are looking at these. The Mikasa brand quality is good as usual here.

Utensils

There comes a moment in life when one realizes it is time to replace home utensils. For one reason or another I could no longer deal with missing spoons or mismatching knives and forks. I finally ordered this set. Mikasa brand is probably best known for its crystal pieces bit this utensil set is presentable. Perfect for small family. I like champagne gold color it gives a feel of luxury. With nice dishes, tablecloths and placemats it really adds to serving every day meals in style. Tis set makes a nice housewarming present as well.

Almost perfect

I would have liked to set to have had small dinner salad forks, but unfortunately this did not. Overall I am pleased the quality is first rate& ccleanup is very easy, they are very versatile for different meal settings. the gold is not too golden of a color it’s rather muted which is nice.

Fantastic looking set!

I ordered these because I loved the 'gold' look. They do look expensive, but they are not as heavy as you would expect them to be. Overall, I really like these and use them every single day.
