Parts Missing and I have no box to return.

I love the wind vane but there is no arrow included. Please replace. Only need the arrow. Doesn’t work with out the arrow!

Nice quality. Good value.

Bought this for my wife for her gardening shed. First off, it was a decent value for the money. Overall the weathervane looks nice. Has a nice faux-tina that looks somewhat realistic, especially when it’s up on the roof. The bird itself is a little thin but not terrible. Easy assembly. Does ok turning into wind — takes a good, strong wind to turn it.

Fantastic weathervane made to last

Fantastic quality. It is gorgeous and goes great with the house. It is heavy duty. And the directionals are not flimsy. Extremely well made. It swings freely in the breeze. Had a new roof put on and decided to change out the old rooster vane with this gorgeous Heron. Excellent item. I ordered the smaller version first and realized the larger one would look nicer. They both were excellent. Bought the mount separately. Well worth the money.

Nice to look at!

This model is my second one but the quality of the materials is rather flimsy compared with the first one. Disappointing.

This is a great product, didn't want to put a bad review, things happen, but when I removed it from the box notice on the wing seam that it had a crack in the seam where it was welded onto the body, thank you Amazon for understanding and replacing it so quickly

Looks beautiful and works well.

We had to adjust the bracket to become a ridge vent one. Luckily we had the parts needed because we did not want to return or buy another one. The weathervane is just beautiful on our new shed. Very glad with this purchase.

I had a bad experience from the packaging.

I received it in a amazon box without it's original package.The bird had 2 bent wings and one wing bent inward.When I unbent it, the weld broke on one side, holding only by one weld.I glued it with construction glue. I installed it on a fence post but I could not see it because the color faded with the back.So I painted it beige and it looks very nice.Since the bird is tail heavy, is it possible to bend the legs inward to rebalance it? Also it is not blue, it is green.

love this bird.we just had a hurricane and our gazabo is right beside the ocean. everyone thought no way can this bird survive this weather as trees were overturned everywhere. Blue as my husband calls the bird is flying high, unharmed best purchase ever. this bird is now part of the family.

Amazing customer Service
