As ridiculous as you'd expect.

I've ordered four of these giant beach balls for youth games. They are as eye catching and absurd as you'd hope. They look great in group photos and kids are drawn to them. They are pretty heavy but can be pushed into the air by 3 or more teenagers. They won't catch the wind to badly and get out of control, but will pick up a bit of speed and force, so watch out (Indiana Jones style). Only complaint, which isn't that bad, is that after 2-3 uses they did begin to get little punctures. I would recommend a tent or raft repair kit on hand so it doesn't shut down your party/event.

Hilariously huge

We bought this for a group of kids age 2 to 11, and it's great. No one got seriously hurt while rolling it around the yard, although many kids were knocked down and rolled over. Definitely worth it, and we got a repair kit in case it ever does get a hole!

Good but not Great

For the price, I can't complain. We used it at the pool and it held up pretty good until it landed on the rocks. It definitely got a couple of holes which we patched up but we event had to let it go. Didn't hold up all summer. ????

We were playing volleyball in a gymnasium with no sharp object in sight. It developed a small hole during first use. We were able to patch it and continue playing. But I had hoped it would be more sturdy.

Good Quality Beachball

As they say here in the United States, "Go big or go home!". Well, this Patriotic American themed Beachball definitely fits the bill. The Ball is huge, you really can't use it for a float, but makes for a great decorative piece for a party or if you are running an event, maybe have it floating in a wading pool or someplace, heck even use it for a background piece for a photo shoot. The quality of manufacturing is good. it is made from of a thick matte vinyl which is still soft. The ticker vinyl does make it more durable. If it is somewhat deflated a 180 lbs person can lay on it, but I wouldn't jump onto it or attempt to sit on it when it is fully inflated - more to keep the ball lasting longer than anything. Also, it goes without saying, keep it away from sharp objects or high heat sources, you wouldn't want to ruin the ball. With this higher price of the ball, you probably want to keep it as long as you can. Overall it is a great beachball by Gofloats. I personally would probably get their other Giant Beachball for the heck of it.

This thing is awesome, even though I dislocated my shoulder using it.

The media could not be loaded. It's a lot more sturdy than I expected. While it was deflating it was taking longer than I expected for the kids to jump on it and get the air out. So after awhile I thought I'd "help." It didn't go as planned, but the kids sure love this thing... My doctor and physical therapist, not so much.

we have six of these for a reason

At our organization we run large games and these are definitely a wow factor. All of them get holes because we use them right. The difference with these is that it takes a little longer to get the holes and the vinyl is thicker meaning it's easier to patch. also the air holes are bigger which makes a huge difference when filling up multiples. Word of wisdom, don't use an air compressor, use an air mattress pump. Much faster.

Silly fun, but a bit too big and lacks any kind of simple anchoring system.

It makes for silly fun, but it’s too big to properly pick up alone and they didn’t include any way to anchor it, which would be as simple as a plastic loop near the air intake for attaching a rope. Very silly, as you can’t leave it at all without deflating it. It has already blown away a few times when left alone for any kind of time (2nd pic), and I'll be anchoring it down with a net when inflated but not in use.

Very disappointed.

Used the ball for the first time and after about 3 minutes of playing with it the ball exploded and is now ripped from top to bottom and is most definitely not repairable. Very disappointed.

OK so not the most pricy VERY big beachball, But some of the welds on the panels dont line up, so might this cause a risk the ball could POP easier? Wont know until summer, also, right from the factory on the red panel, there are a couple of small patches, from what look like razor holes that were caused and then fixed from factory. on a brand new ball? odd ... Inspect you new product thoroughly if you buy anything in this category - the shipping boxes aren't the best protection for the distance these products travel ...
