Perfect for the beach

I wear this at the beach, on cooler days. It is insulating and helps with keeping me warmer. If I need a little more warmth, I wear a swimshirt underneath...preferably black. I've also worn my knee length black leggings with this and works perfectly. The zipper is topnotch and has preformed well with each use. I'm so glad I ordered this vest. It's quick drying and really looks like the same material as a scuba diving suit. Much better option and less dollars. Recommend

Nice full-zip workout vest

This is a decent full-zip workout vest. I do like the fact that it is full-zip and do fits pretty well and feels comfortable. However, the materials does feel a bit cheap and synthetic, as for durability, that is something that only time will tell, how long this would last. I wouldn't recommend washing this product in the washing machine, but simply hand wash it and hang dry, due to the material it's made of. It appears to be water-resistant, and also very easy to clean. I mostly spot clean and hand wash this vest for the last few times I've worn it. I wore this a few times when I went out for my morning run, and they do fit well. They run small also, but the size I ordered--based on the measurements provided, I know to order a size up, and it fits nicely, with a little wiggle room also, and I can even wear this over a shirt, and it's not too loose.

Definitely will make you sweat

Another's review had commented on the smell when she first got it. I did not notice an odd smell when mine arrived, it smelled like any other neoprene item I've had in the past. I ordered the extra large, I weigh 165#, with a DD bust. The vest zipped up snuggly with room at bust and neckline. I put it on and started cleaning my floors, it was very comfortable and easy to move in. And man, did I sweat. I have no doubt about the effects of trapping heat and moisture during ANY activity. I am very please overall with the quality, comfort and flexibility of this vest. I will be pairing with a pair of neoprene bike shorts for a total body experience. As far as cleaning goes, I've submerged it in a sink full of water with laundry detergent, gave it a vigorous scrub, rang it out, towel dried it and let it air dry hanging in my garage.

Helps break a good sweat

Fit comfortable and helps break out a good sweat during workout, dint have a need to use a bra as it provided good support. Fits true to size.

It works!

I do a daily HIIT workout inside with the AC on. Not the best way to work up a sweat but it’s incredibly hot and humid where I live. This definitely upped the sweat factor which made me feel more worked out and refreshed after my workout. It was also comfortable to exercise in. As far as negatives, it does reek as another reviewer noted. It had aired out a bit at the end of my hour wearing it so I don’t think that will last long. Second, and this isn’t really a negative for me, but I am very small chested and I didn’t have a lot of extra room up top. Something to be mindful of if that is a concern for you. I am 5‘7 and 130 pounds and I got a size small. It fit well although it was not tight around the waist which I would have liked. Maybe they should have more size options. But for about nine dollars I don’t think you can beat this. I hope you found this review helpful!

The fit is a bit odd

I'm normally a small (2-4), so I got small of this. It fits snug, but when you work out, it rises up around your tummy. It does make me sweat, but not as much as a waist wrap. I also find the smell really hard to get rid off. I have been airing it out for days and wore it twice since then, it still smells horribly.

You will sweat!! Promotes heat during exercising worth the price.

This vest did help with sweating during exerise and it held its shape very well. It was easy to put on and take off even when wet.The neoprene fabric is the same as most sauna vest so I didn't expect much different, however I did have an issue with the sizing. I order a large which was very snug from the breast to the hips, yet loose fitting from above the breast to the shoulders and upper back. I guess it was meant for a more broad shoulder woman. I usually find a large to fit well, i am a petite 5.2in and 144 pounds. The vest was very comfortable when working out and riding my stationary bike. I didn't get over heated but did a great deal of sweat which was a good workout. I also like the fact that it is not as restricting as some sauna vest, only wish the upper fit was better. I am going to attempt to add a seam to the upper neck/back portion and take in the shoulder straps to see if I could get a better fit.
