Wonderful trays
These trays are great. I ordered room service at a Weston hotel in California and they brought it up to my room on a tray exactly like this tray. It took a long time before I found them on Amazon. I purchased the larger tray and everything fits with room to spare for dinning outside. It makes a great tray for breakfast in bed or using the tray for a computer laptop support also. They wash off easily. Would purchase again.

Beautiful wood appearance
I actually thought that I was ordering a wooden tray and was disappointed for about three seconds after opening the box and realizing it was plastic (melamine). However, visually, it looks like beautiful mahogany. My opinion of it changed rapidly and it is perfect for what I needed it for. I have a large end table next to my chair and I keep a small wastebasket in front of the end table. Small items tend to accumulate on the end table and, between my cat and I, something will eventually get pushed onto the floor or, worse, into the wastebasket. I know I've thrown things away unintentionally because of that. I wanted a large tray with raised edges to prevent that from happening. This one fit the need perfectly! Perfect size, attractive, easy to clean.

Excellent tray
It is a great size for a coffee tray area, I also purchased a small coffee maker, it really looks like black wood, great look, great price.

Relatively Lightweight, Flexible Plastic
This large tray serves its purpose to protect the table where we make coffee, tea, hot chocolate. We don't use it to serve. It is easy to clean. The plastic resin itself is colored, so it should not fade, flake off, or permanently discolor. It also holds up well against scratches or dents. The "wood grain" adds a bit of character, but it still looks like molded plastic. Ours is slightly warped, so it does not lay completely flat, and the bottom will flex a bit under weighted items. I would be hesitant to serve heavier or hot items on it, and would not put it in a dishwasher. The smaller trays may be more stable and less likely to warp or flex. The price on this item frequently switches between about $22 and $32. I would not pay more than the lower price, which is what we paid.

Perfect for the ottoman
Like it to set my drinks on the ottoman and if I want to eat in living room I use it as a tray.

It is Everything That I had Hoped For
I wanted something that was simple, not expensive, and looked decent. This works for me. It is a hard plastic, but it has a wood grain look to it. I like that it has a lip to it on the edges and that there are handles on the sides. It is easy to clean, looks nice, and is just the right size. I am very happy.

Nice!
Yes it is plastic but I use it for an ottoman tray. I can put cups and bottles on it and don't have to worry about using a coaster. It has groves like wood and looks like an expensive wood tray without the weight and the damage. Easy to clean also.
