Pretty but flawed

I wanted to love this back but I plan to return for several reasons. As a few other reviews have mentioned, it has a strange chemical smell. I don’t get a hint of leather at all. The zipper on the interior pocket is also very stiff to pull. My husband looked at it to see if he could figure out a way to fix it, but it’s a $300 bag. It shouldn’t need any tricks to make a simple zipper work correctly. And lastly, the magnetic closure is fairly weak. I was trying it on, so I put my purse items in it, closed it and put it on my shoulder. I walked around for a minute or two and when I took it back off, the magnetic closure had opened up. My current bag has a magnetic closure that is much stronger. It’s a shame though. The khaki color is very pretty and the bag is a good size. I was going to try to make do without an external pocket, but the flaws outweigh the good.

short handle

Very soft, nice color, good size... but for small women. For me the handle is too short.

Frye Bags are Large

Frye bags are definitely quality leather however, they are huge! I’m short and petite, and this bag looks overwhelming when I carry it! Plus, I thought the color would be more green; it’s a brown bag.

This is a big, but not too big, beautiful purse!

Beautiful purse. Soft on the outside and roomy inside without being huge. Has a nice size zippered pocket and 2 small pockets on the inside. Completely love the color and the style! I might have to get the yellow one too!

Super cute, but the color was not as pictured.

Wish the bag was in navy or the color it appeared in the photo. The actual color was too dull for south FL, but probably would work in other climates.

I love my new Frye Nora Knotted Hobo handbag. The color is perfect the leather is so soft. I love the size I'm 5'2 it is not overwhelming!
