Good product!

Great set! The cutters are kinda small, so if you are making favors, the size is not appropriate. Definitely better for platter or stick cookies. You must hand wash and dry, though. If you place in dishwasher they will rust, but that’s true for any inexpensive metal cutter.

Hard To Use

Cute cutters, but most of the critters have tails so narrow that it's extremely difficult to get them to release the cut dough. I used a small pick to do it, and although I could finally get them out in one piece, the dough had little impressions from the pick. Ideally, you'd use something very narrow (under 1/8") and flat. Perhaps a different recipe might result in easier release. Don't know. This is a family recipe that is normally very easy to work with. The only cutter that was easier to use was the manatee. The seahorse was downright impossible, as the whole thing is super narrow. Great concept, but using them, not so much.

Great for cutting watermelon shapes

I purchased these to cut out watermelon shapes for a kids party and they were just the perfect size. The kids all loved them. I could see if you were making cookies with them it might be hard to get the dough out of the sharp corners but for fruit they worked great. I also read about the rusting problem so as soon as I was done I washed them and put them in my toaster oven on low for about 15 minutes and they were perfectly dry.

Fishy Cookies

I love this cookie cutter set! Not only do they cut through even the toughest cookie dough, I can easily poke the dough out once cut. How ingenious to make a cookie cutter open on the top and...yes, and... the bottom! I have made sharks and angel fish and manatees and sea horses and dolphins, seagulls and tiny whales. And...they don't even smell fishy! The only thing that would make them better is if they were life sized!

These are adorable!I haven't used them yet, but they're a sturdy metal, which is nice. I docked one star because some of the cutters (the seahorse in particular) are very small/skinny. I'm not sure how a cookie will hold up in that shape... experience tells me that they'll crack!

I think they are great, but I haven't used them yet. I bought them for my mother six months ago and she still hasn't used them! They are super cute, but I wish she would use them already! Sorry I can't give any feed back about durability.

Seem made well enough

Haven't used yet but looking forward to trying next Christmas. Got to keep the cardboard insert though to remember what all the shapes are actually supposed to be. Some are not obvious when looking at the cutter.

I really needed some sea life cookie cutters for a school project and I was so excited to find these! One cookie cutter was $4 or more and this whole set was about $8! They make great shapes and are a decent size! Included shapes: -Tropical Fish -Dolphin -Whale -Shark -Seagull -Seahorse -Sealion
