Great Pans!!!
I really love these pans. I just made a batch of madeleines and they came out perfect. Golden crisp on the outside and with the classic madeleine humps. Beautiful. I buttered them really well, put them in the fridge while the madeleines chilled, for about an hour and a half, then filled them and straight into a preheated, hot oven they went. Clean up was a breeze. I just let them sit under water for a minute and with a sponge and soap wiped them clean. No scrubbing necessary. Not a cookie stuck! The only drawback, slight imperfection on craftsmanship. While washing I grabbed one of the pans from the bottom and felt a sharp pain on my finger. I saw that I had a long deep cut. I found that one of the ends had not been curled properly and this was the culprit. Be careful when handling. I'll just take a pair of pliers and finish the job myself. Anyhow, great pans!!! Highly recommended. Enjoy.

Fantastic Pan!
I know you're probably debating whether to purchase the nonstick pan or this shiny silver pan. I mulled it over for about a day before finally deciding on this pan, and I don't regret it one bit. At this time, the nonstick pan is $5 more, however the silver pan is not any "stickier". I spray a little Baker's Joy in the pan and they slide right out. Even if you're making a double batch and want to use this pan twice, then it wipes clean between each batch without a hitch. Plus, if you think the silver pan is prettier, it has a little cutout to hang it on the wall as art!

Madeleine Pan
I was really excited about this purchase since it would be my first time making Madeleines. Shipping was okay but I don't think I'm all that satisfied with the product itself. I haven't been able to use it yet so it's been sitting in the cupboard. Some water must have dripped into it and it has rust on it. Not too excited about using it anymore. I have bakeware that doesn't rust like that so as a good quality bakeware I wouldn't rate it all that high. If you do plan on getting it make sure it is dried thoroughly.

I LOVE Madeleines and this pan is great! It makes quite large ones, an dhaving looked at the other reviews it is important to note it is NOT teflon, and the cakes will stick if it is now well greased. But it works a treat! I love it!

These make 12 big madeleine cookies and the result was ok. The big minus was that it was very hard to hold the pans with oven gloves as there is no extra space to hold them. I almost spilled the whole thing while trying to get them into the oven.

Love the cookies it makes, but be carefull when wash/dry
I first bought the nonstick pan, and it always overcooked and made not-very nice/too brown cookies. The Fox pans are great. Only that it's easy to get rusty if not being dry properly. Mine literally got rusty in one night. That's only reason it gets my 4 star.

OK, they stick.
Just used this pan side by side with a dark one my wife bought at W.S. The other pan worked great, they popped right out and were the perfect size. This pan not so much. They stuck bad and spread out instead of raising up. They also took a little longer but that could be the dark vs light. I buttered and floured both the same way. Will try this one once more but most likely getting another from W.S.

better than-
I changed my mind. I left a bad review because I thought it's not as good as the other Fox Run Madeleine pan. But I used both for a while now and I think this one is better. I can make more light and soft madeleine with this one. Of course, they stick on to the pan once they're baked. But it happens to every baking pan. So,, well. It's a good pan.
