Worth the price

Work best after soaking nails; would be great for trimming baby nails as well
These Amazon Basics stainless steel curved nail scissors work best if you soak your fingernails in warm water to soften nails before cutting. I tried to use these without soaking, and although they cut through the nail, it wasn’t easy and left jagged edges. TIP: After soaking nails in warm water, use the curved scissors to follow the natural curve of your nail by cutting from the corners of your nails toward the center. After that, clip the center of your nail to finish. When I tested these after soaking, I did well while using my dominant right hand, but I had a hard time using the scissors in my left hand to trim the nails on my right hand. I would think these would be great for all purpose scissors in the bathroom. I could see these being great for trimming baby and small children’s nails as well. ** My scissors arrived pretty stiff so I used some clipper oil in the joint of the scissors to loosen them.

Needs quality control before being sent out.
Well made but needs a little improvement. I have fairly thick nails and these struggled a little to make clean cuts through them. Needed a little sharpening and oil, then they worked as well as they should. Shouldn't have to do that with brand new scissors.

Good, basic nail scissors.
Amazon Basics Nail Scissors are good, basic, everyday nail scissors. They are made of stainless steel, are sturdy, have a curved blade and are a comfortable size and weight. Mine came out of the package very stiff and tight. I did put some stainless-steel lubricant on them and that did the trick. I did mark them down a star because not everyone has stainless steel lubricant handy and the scissors should be ready to use straight out of the package. Good, basic nail scissors.

Blades are a bit too thick
These scissors are decent but I think the thickness of the blades ruins them a bit. It’s just a bit hard to get a really clean, precise cut Otherwise these scissors are great. Feel really sturdy

Works well!
They’re pretty nice! Not the sharpest of the bunch but they work well when you follow the directions they provide.

Small scissors
Definitely used these for nail edges and crevices. The scissor head is quite sharp but short, so you can reach certain areas but unable to trim large areas. Definitely more of a specialty nail trimmer.
