Very comfortable

Not as comfortable as I had hoped for.

Needs more jell or better yet air in area of where pelvic bones rest on saddle. I have a stadium refillable air pad that I use for kayaking. It allows me to sit for long hours without back pain. The air allows for more flex which doesn't make me sore.

Very comfortable

I bought this gel pad for my saddle seat because I have been having some nerve pain in my back and I've been getting a little saddle sore. We usually go on long trail rides (5 miles or more) and I needed something to cushion the pressure on the pressure points of my butt.???? My saddle has a 14 inch seat and this pad fits really good. It hooks onto the horn of the saddle with a nylon loop strap and across the cantle of the saddle with a nylon stretchy strap, so it could easily fit different sizes of saddles. It can be taken off and on easily. I've ridden with it on really hot days and it hasn't gotten too hot for comfort. Haven't ridden in the Winter with it yet so I'll let you know how comfortable it is for Winter riding. So far I love it. It's helped me to not get saddle sore on our long rides. The only drawback I have is that it does slide in the seat a tiny bit but nothing that would bother me or make me hate it. It has helped me to have the comfort that I need to keep my back and my hips from acting up on me. I give it two thumbs way up. I LOVE it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who rides a lot. Adding to my earlier review (4-6-23) I have used this pad on my saddle for over a year now and I still love it. I tie the back nylon stretchy strap (cantle strap) down with my saddle strings so it doesn’t slip around. This pad has really saved me from my nerve pain in my hip and back. I will not ride without it anymore. Awesome pad!

Bum saver

I had an inexpensive saddle that fit my horse but was extremely uncomfortable for me. It literally bruised my seat bones. I ended up buying a nicer more expensive saddle that IS comfortable. However, while I was waiting on the nice saddle, I bought this gel seat cover for the inexpensive saddle and it made a huge difference. We went on a 7.5 mile ride and no sore bum! It was worth buying!

This will change your life

Before getting this gel pad, I could only do trail rides for a couple hours and then I need to get off with this gel pad I could go 20+ hours in the saddle it has raised my enjoyment level to that maximum! I tell everybody that I go out on trail rides with you need to get one of these it will make your life so much better!!

Great purchase!

I had never ridden a horse when I signed up for an 87 mile, 6 day cattle drive. After my second practice ride I knew I'd need something for the long distance ride. I'm glad I did because this thing was a game changer!

Not as expected comfortable

I bought this for my 10 days horse trail packer ride trip in sierra, but in reality use through the 10 days trip averaging 6-8 hours each day for total 80+ miles. My rear button still got bruises and not as comfortable as expected. May be the silicone cushion not thick enough to damping the impacts. Too bad I have to stuck with it since just pass the return dead line

Very good quality

I bought this item for my sister since her saddle is so uncomfortable. She loves it. It stays pretty well it does slip a little bit but nothing to drastic. But it is super good quality good for the price

Excellent seat pad

Awesome seat pad! Very comfortable and doesn't slide around on the saddle. Very well made, had it for a month and ride 5 times a week Tip; if your saddle is in a cold place and you ride in cold weather, (I live in Canada) take the pad off and keep in a warm place, then put it on when you ride! I now have 2 of them and 1/2 the people at my barn have ordered them. 5 stars!!!

Good product. I love wish it was a little thicker as I have a boney butt. Fits great on a western saddle and stays in place very well. Quality product.
