Love Nordic Ware sheet pans

I have eight half sheet pans and now have four quarter sheets, and a jelly roll pan, all Nordic Ware. I tried other, more expensive brands, but they buckled / warped more than these. No better sheet pan is better. I bake a lot, but also use these pans for savory foods. Having this many means I can have four in the freezer and four in the two ovens during baking marathons. I always use parchment, foil, or silicone mats, depending on what's being baked. They do get stained over time, but I use Bar Keepers Friend and proudly consider the corner stains as well earned battle scars! Do not put in dishwasher or stains can never be removed. Buy with confidence.

Season a few times and they are amazing

I was initially mad that everything stuck to these pans even with oil or cooking fatty foods but after several cooks they have become seasoned and now they’re amazing and work like a charm. I wash them with dish soap and hot water so it’s not like I leave any of the oil on the pan like a cast-iron But if you’re frustrated with these pans, give it some time you will love them. They do live up to the hype, they don’t warp, and they’re very good quality.

Great smallish baking pans

The heat distribution is great. I have been using both pans for cookies, granola, breads, roasted veggies, and tofu. Both pans fit nicely on one oven rack so there is no heat difference. They are sturdy and easy to clean.

Perfect for Ninja Foodie

I wanted these for one reason. To fit in my Ninja Foodie Oven. I was having problems finding the perfect measurements as I was looking for the largest baking sheet that could fit. These are it!

Far exceeded my expectations

I purchased these without having done any research, as I needed them that day, thank you Amazon. These USA made pans are beautifully made, heavy duty and fit perfectly into my 1/4 size commercial convection oven. With 4 of these, I was able to bake 24 dinner rolls in 15 minutes flat. The heat was evenly distributed allowing each roll to come out perfect.

Life long sheets - goodbye teflon!

These sheets are amazing. Classic Baking sheets that I will keep for the rest of my life, unlike the Teflon ones which scratch, rust and lose their toxic coating into the food. These sheets clean easily and look cool too. I love them. Fits British ovens perfectly.

I've tried others and this brand is the gold standard for baking sheets.

I'm a skilled home cook and I learned that there's a reason why award-winning pastry chefs like Stella Parks endorses this product. It's thick aluminum build and strong rim make it a reliable workhorse in the kitchen. I feel like they're so durable that I'll be able to pass these beauties onto my children. I purchased the "3 Piece Baking Gift Set - Aluminum Sheet Pan, SILMAT Silicone Baking Mat & Stainless Steel Cooling Rack" from Amazon CA before trying this brand. Their silicon mat and cooling rack work great but the sheet pan is noticeably thinner compared to Nordic Ware. It pops and buckles under temperatures of 375°F in my oven. The package was a wicked value and I think it's because the aluminum sheets are lower quality. I use the quarter sheets for everything: getting prep out of the fridge, storing prep, baking, cooling, serving. They're just the most convenient size for many kitchen tasks. I rarely repurchase things but I love these so much I'm going to get another set of quarter sheets, and dole out the cash to get the half sheets too.

I’ve jumped on the bandwagon

It’s seems to be becoming increasingly common for aluminium to be considered the cream of the crop when it comes to baking (for its even heat conduction). I have to say, these trays are great and I’ve joined the club. The trays seem to be of really good quality and I expect (It’s early days in their life though) that they won’t have warping issues that I’ve encountered with other trays in the past. UPDATE - I’ve now been using these trays regularly over the last year and they’re still in a fantastic condition with no warping!

Recent drop in quality - not worth it anymore

Have ordered these pans previously and were hands down the best sheet pans. Heavy, durable and never warped. Ordered another 2 recently and they were noticably lighter and a HUGE drop in quality - now the pans warp consistently after a few uses.
