Almost Perfect

The product was easy to install. However, I did have an issue where sometimes the flapper value wouldn't quite seat and I'd have to open the tank. It seemed like the eyelet on the flapper assembly was getting hung up on the arm of this device. I ended up using a Moen one instead (which worked flawlessly, but was more expensive). I usually a big fan of Fluidmaster products, so I would still give it a shot for your toilet even though it wasn't perfect for mine.

Quality

I was surprised by the quality of this piece. It was part of a larger bath renovation and one of the better parts of the project.

Beauty. Perfect. I got more.

As I said, beautiful, sturdy. Easy to install. I bought 1 from local hardware store as needed to replace. Because of the above, bought 2 more for lil less here at Amazon and will replace other handles in house just because.

Toilet Lever installed

Mostly made of plastic, but hopefully will last a while. Seems sturdy enough to do the job of sitting inside the water and pulling up the water release valve when one flushes the toilet. Looks nice. Easy to install. Can be used with many different styles since it is adjustable. Our toilet has the handle in the front on the left side.

Not Designed Strong Enough

Very easy to install. The first lever failed after about 6 months. The second lever is beginning to experience a problem after a few short weeks. The problem with these appears to be a plastic to plastic spline fit that strips out. My toilets (kohler w/kohler valve & flapper assembly) require quite a bit of force on the flush handle to activate a flush and the plastic spline begins to slip then strip.

DOES WORK TO A DEGREE

You get what you pay for. At least my toilet flushes - got to hold down handle for a few seconds.

Handle falls off, must glue it.

Had to glue the handle to the connector. Kept falling off. Glitch in design, handle should of been designed so it was threaded to flush rod or clipped. When you flush your slightest pull will make it fall off the gear connector. Used elmers white glue and let it cure and now stays on. Good look and metal so it is worth keeping.
