Terrible manufacturing

TL;DR These suck. Don’t buy them. Unless you like gambling or wasting money. I needed two countertop height stools for my kitchen and these looked nice and sturdy and had mostly good ratings. They’re expensive, but I figured it was worth it for a heavy duty/high quality product. When attempting to put the first stool together, we discovered one of the screw holes in the outer stability ring wouldn’t line up. No matter what we did, it would not line up. So we have one stool that is missing a screw because we can’t get it in. Frustrating, but we hoped the second stool would be better. NOPE. In fact, neither of the stabilization rings on the second stool will screw in, because none of the screw holes line up. If you manage to get a screw in one hole, no other hole will line up. The stools are simple to put together, in theory. It’s not rocket science. But when the holes are drilled wrong in the factory, you’re left with heavy duty useless junk. I tried contacting the company via the email they provided in the packaging. They never responded. I no longer have the original packaging and don’t have the energy to lug all of these pieces around to return them anyway. So I spent almost $200 for junk. Maybe you’ll get lucky and receive properly manufactured stool parts that will be easy to put together; but you may also be unlucky and get parts that will not go together. I would never recommend these stools or the company that manufactures them.

overall good

These are nice and sturdy. However, the paint is not that great. It was already flaked and scratched in spots. Looked like it had been assembled and scratched and unassembled. The spray gun even missed a spot on the bottom. However, once together it was not hardly noticeable. On one stool I could also see a gap between the metal ring and the seat cushion.

One is great the other no so much

Quality control is my issue. The first stool went together easily and style and quality are 5 star. The second stool was missing 4 washers needed to complete assembly. The "screw" which adjusts the height is so loose in its housing that the seat slightly wobbles! I have not yet been able to contact product support but will update review, when and if successful.

Nice stool

Bought this to go in my kitchen for when I am cooking. Since having two knee surgeries on my right knee, I can't stand and cook for long periods and this helps me out in the kitchen. Nice addition, doesn't take up much room, and it is adjustable for different heights.

Good value stool

This is a cool looking stool. It is not expensive, but very sturdy. Comfortable seat. Several nuts and bolts to put it together, but easy.

Happy with the purchase.

Really happy with these stools. They were easy to build. They adjust and swivel nicely. They are comfortable and look nice. Shipping time frame was a little lengthy, but I knew that when I ordered them.
