I was pleasantly surprised to see that the filter fits my old Simpli Stick SD20000 Dirt Devil hand vac perfectly! Go for it, you can't to wrong!

Great quality filter!
This arrived in a much shorter time frame than originally stated, so that was a “plus” right there. (I opted for the third-party seller, so much cheaper but a longer delivery time. ) I’m very pleased with the quality — it’s so much better than the filter that the stick-vac originally came with! That one did last for 8 months before something I swept up punctured a hole in it, and I doubt that it would’ve even have had an affect on this one. The fabric is still just as porous but much thicker. And of course, fits perfectly.

NOT compatible with older SD10000 model
NOT compatible with older SD10000 model. I wish they'd have called that out. I searched specifically for that model so certainly was disappointed that these didn't fit.

Fits NEWER SimpliStik vaccuums, so look at the shape before you buy!
Like so many other reviewers, I didn't realize that Dirt Devil had changed the filter shape for their newer SimpliStik model. For several years they sold a SimpliStik that used a rounded shaped filter, which is the model I have. But apparently they updated the design just slightly and now use this filter with the more angled side. Unfortunately, they kept calling it SD22010, so customers who search for a filter by vacuum model number have a 50/50 chance of getting the wrong one. And I'm one of those customers. I'm giving this a 5-star rating not because it fit my older SD22010 vacuum but because it's obviously well made, and it's my own fault for not comparing what I had to the pics in the product listing. Seems wrong to blame the seller or product for my mistake, I guess.

It fits! This Filter replaces the F113, don't be scared to buy.
Hopefully this review helps others, as I was very confused when trying to find a replacement filter for my Dirt Devil Simpli Stick Vac. I have model SD20000Red. When I first opened the package, I was thinking no way this is fitting - then I realized that it is meant to replace the ENTIRE 2 piece original filter set up that it came with. Originally it had a gray plastic piece with little holes that went into the vacuum first, then white cloth type filter went inside that. This new filter replaces BOTH of those, and I actually like it much better! I really think my vacuum had more suction power with this new filter than when I first bought it. I use it a couple times a week for my 2 area rugs, and little bathroom rug. As for people giving this vacuum bad reviews - that is really all it is meant for. If you have a house/office full of carpet, this is not for you. Also prob not great for high traffic areas. But for my use, I love this little vacuum. I empty the main vacuum cup, and take the main gunk off the filter, then rinse it. My first filter lasted about 6 months, but I do feel this new one is a bit more durable, so we'll see. I added picures of my stick vac, the old style 2 part filter, then the new replacement filter. The new filter is after being rinsed after one use. Hope this helps!

It works real well
I have had this vacuum for about four years. I just started to use it and found the filter that came with the unit was not so good. I washed it and it took a long time to dry. I thought there has to be a replacement out there. I went to Amazon and found this filter AD40113 and ordered it, I actually ordered 3. When the filters were delivered, I thought they would not fit but guess what, they fit just fine you have to push them in quite firmly. They work really well and I highly recommend them.

Filter fits vacuum perfectly.
This filter fit my Dirt Devil slim still vacuum perfectly just as stated. The vacuum works incredibly well on laminate and hardwood and picks up so much garbage that isn’t even seen.
