Good Value - WiFi Signal May Be Unreliable in Some Circumstances
I've had these bulbs for almost 3 weeks and interchanged them with 2 other brands at times. I use Smart Life (aka Tuya) to control all my smart lights. Early responses to questions said these aren't compatible with Smart Life, maybe they are right, maybe they are wrong. Read on. Smart Life/Tuya will pair with these lights and control them just fine. The control panel in Smart Life is the Feit control panel so Smart Life has built-in the control interface for many different brands including FEIT. However the FEIT control app is not as good as you can schedule time on/off but not on at sunrise or at sunset and other more complex automation tasks that Smart Life can do. As other users mentioned, white is very bright, color mode not so bright but that's fine as I use color mode for holiday accent lighting. Color is still plenty bright in most situations. One of the two units I bought connected fine, the other would not connect no matter what I tried and they were 6 feet apart. Returned the one that wouldn't connect and got a replacement and it connected fine. Bottom line after two weeks of experimentation, if you just occasionally want to manually control these lights or set them on a color and use the regular light switch to turn them on/off, you would probably be one of the other 5-star users that aren't trying to setup sophisticated automation routines. Once connected, the Smart Life / Tuya app works fine with them so you can do smart automation tasks or have the ability to trigger tasks at sunrise or sunset or based on the weather (sunny/overcast). But you with the FEIT app control, you can't do those things, only basic schedule and time on/off, and color/brightness. UPDATE: After two months of use I came home and my Smart Life routines were failing yet all the devices were connected. I ended up having to reset and reconnect all my bulbs (most are not these FEIT bulbs) and add them back to my groups. Here is where it gets strange. With these FEIT bulbs, I went to reset and reconnect but unlike the other bulbs instead of manually deleting the bulb first and say you want to preserve the settings and not delete the bulbs data, a different prompt came up on the FEIT bulb after I disconnected asking if I wanted to delete it. I mistakenly said yes instead of removing it manually like the other bulbs. After I did that, my Smart Life app would always find the FEIT bulb (bulb stops blinking), but it always failed to add it to the network just like the problem I described at the beginning of the review that I couldn't connect one of the two bulbs I first bought. I even plugged the bulb in with 15 feet of my router. I've experimented with different pairing methods, using my wi-fi range extender and other things, including making sure there's no battery restriction on the app on my phone. Once it's "dead" and won't connect to the network, seems there's nothing you can do but replace the bulb! My theory is that the issues are not necessarily with these bulbs but with the Smart Life server. I think the MAC ID is not properly removed from the Smart Life server in some circumstances and it thinks you are trying to add a bulb that is already connected even though the error message is misleading in the wording saying it cannot connect to the WiFi router. That's definitely not the case. I even rebooted my router to clear all the connections just to make sure it wasn't my router. So again bottom line, these bulbs may eventually disconnect and depending on your particular circumstance (what software you use, what router you have, distance from router, how you delete the bulb, etc) you may not be able to re-connect the bulb without replacing it with a new one! Whether it's an issue with the bulb itself or the software I'll never know for sure. I just know starting with a new bulb fixes everything.

Great value and great light if you can manage its issues
We have about 40 of these installed in our house. The do the job and they are not very expensive. You need to know a few things about these lights before you purchase them however. 1. They only configure over 2.6Ghz 2. Order in bulk as single items will ship damaged 3. Low power mode causes rapid blinking 4. Only White is bright because of how the LEDs work specific colors won't be as bright 5. Alexa and FEIT app commands are not reliable 2.6Ghz issue --------------- My apple phone and ipad do not support selecting 2.6Ghz and my Orbi mesh network isn't configured with two SSIDs (one for 2.6 and one for 5.0) so I had to set the power for the 5Ghz to 25% in order to force a 2.6Ghz connection so I could configure the lights. Damaged items ------------------ I've ordered in lots of 1, 3, 17. The low or single orders come in a plastic bubble bag which does not protect the light from denting and scraping. The large shipment was a packed better and only one was crushed to the point I couldn't bend it back effectively. You want these to have a perfect seal to the ceiling to look the best so having an undented one is important. Little dots or scratches might not be noticeable in low traffic or hallways so I didn't bother returning those and put all the premium undamaged ones in the Kitchen. Low power mode -------------------- These lights can operation by the FEIT app, Alexa or with a dimmer (I'm using a Lutron Maestro dimmer). FEIT app will give you the best white color response (Soft white 2700K, Cool White 3000K, Day Light 5000K) and accurate color selection. Alexa works well for primary colors. Using the app or Alexa you can get pretty low dim settings because the lights are under full power. If you use a dimmer the lights stutter at 20% or less so you won't get that ambient glow movie lighting unless you use the app or Alexa. Lumens --------- The way LEDs work in these lights is to have 3 color tuned LEDs - so if you want red at 100% only 1 LED is on and you will get only 33% of the total light output. I've not measured it so suffice it to say that 100% red would be a lot less lumens than 100% daylight. Reliability ----------- Even with a good wifi signal I've observed having to issue commands to a group of lights (typically in the bedrooms and gym we have 4 lights in a group. Very often 20% of the time when changing the color via the app or Alexa one of them won't respond. I don't know if its because they are getting cross traffic on the wifi but the light furthest from the wifi access point seems to suffer the most. Hope this helps.

Have 18 Feit Smart lights, what I have learned
Install. It was easy, but prob will take prob 10 mins for first one, 2-5 for the rest. I had to buy c clips to install, because the cans didn’t have them. Setup, have to be close Wi-Fi, for outside lights I had trouble, then moved in close source NP. Then took outside, the programing held. Inside lights easy. Groups. Set them up and makes it easy to control via Alexa. It’s not perfect but works 90% or the time. Music sync. I figured it out. Have to set it up as ceiling fixture in groups lighting device, then you will have the music sync option. Scenes set up in groups. Conclusion nothing is perfect, but for the cost and ease of installation, it’s a very good light.

Almost just right
I bought this to replace a light in my kitchen which was using a b40 bulb I think, I know for sure it was not the 30 bulb size because I bought one of the those and it didn’t fill up the space needed. So this Feit light filled the space up however the outside round edges came bent in certain areas so rather sitting flush against the ceiling it lopsided. Packaging needs to improve from Feit and Amazon, I also wish the outer part was maybe 1 or 2 inch longer.

FOCO DE MUY BUENA CALIDAD
Compré 3 focos y 2 focos iluminaban exactamente igual, el otro variaba un poco en los colores, cuando pones rojo 2 se ven iguales y el otro un poco diferente, aún así son muy buenos focos. Iluminan muy bien y fáciles de instalar y configurar!!!

Mala conexión
Los focos se prenden solos, es muy difícil de conectarlos a la app, se desconfiguran muy fácilmente el soporte técnico de feit electric es limitado y no resuelve los problemas técnicos de conexión que tienen estos focos, instale 4 y estoy arrepentido de haber comprado esta marca
