LOVE, love the X-large compartments, and the ability to pop out "today's meds". Had to try a few.

I have tried several, this one actually has X-large (holds tons) compartments, and can be "popped out" for today's meds. I bought several others that either were not as large as expected, or you couldn't pop out the tray (i.e. for the day). Now that I have found one that is large, and daily med compartment can be removed, this is my second purchase. I believe you will be very satisfied if you try this organizer. Great for travel, including daily travel. At first, when new, it can be a "tad" difficult to pop out, but with a little use it is much easier.

Easy to use

I bought this after my son's heart surgery when he had a variety of meds 4 times a day. Having each day's meds organized is absolutely essential, and this makes it so much easier than rushing a mistake doing it on the fly. You can pop out a day's worth of meds and take the whole column with you instead of taking the whole week's with., which is very convenient. My only complaint is sometimes the columns pop out when I open the compartments.

Print wears off, daily boxes don't click into place securely

We bought this for our son's medication. It replaces an identical unit we bought a few years ago. The printed information had rubbed off over time making dosing less than accurate. Aside from where the daily box was positioned in the holder, you couldn't tell which day was which, leading to potential medication errors. He had also lost one of the daily boxes. He is very accustomed to this product, so we bought it again to make him happy although of all the medication sorters I've bought over the years, this one is my least favorite. The daily boxes aren't held very securely, either. I will say that the individual cells containing the pills seem to close very securely. A mixed review, to be sure.

Great purchase!

Bought this to keep track of my mothers medication. I love it because it is smaller and each day's container locks in place so you can carry easily without worry of spilling. My mom loves them because it is secure but easy to open with her shaking hands. I actually purchased a 2nd one to replace a tray that is hard for her to open, so that I have a few weeks of meds organized at one time.

Holds a limited supply of pills but works great for amount needed for daily travel.

Too petite for larger amount of big pills

I was trying to find a smaller mediset to hold my mom's pills since she prefers a smaller size, but I missed the mark, so this is partly my fault for buying this. I looked at the measurements and eyeballed my mom's pill burden and thought it would handle it but I was wrong. This is optimal for a person with 4 or less smaller size tabs or capsules taken 2-3 times a day, but if you have a lot of larger vitamins like magnesium or fish oil, not for you. I do appreciate that each day's meds can be removed. I always encourage buying a mediset with this feature so it can be taken with you throughout the day if you're off at lunch or out doing errands or at the doctor's office for review. Makes it so much easier. I sadly will have to pass this on to someone else but it wasn't too expensive, so I will consider it like a donation.

Spacious

Brilliant - spacious compartments, removable days for going out / travel, clear labelling and a choice of colours. Only issue I've had is that a compartment once came open in my bag. But best of all the pillboxes I've tried. I use it for Medical Medium supplements :)

Not very big

I bought this to prepare for my dog’s upcoming surgery and was surprised how small it was. I can 2-3 pills in the compartments depending on the size. My other dog has a pill box that holds 6-8 pills or more depending on their size. If you don’t need it to hold many pills, it’s great.

Product Details is misleading. "Pill Capacity: Holds up to 45 pills per compartment (aspirin-size)"... This is a lie. 2 of my pills individually don't fit in this very small compartment. Also, this item can't be return and this is not mentioned on the page.

love it

So far so good..... compartments are a little small for a lot of pills, but they do fit!! I was worried about the printing wearing off (as it has on others) so I put a thin coat of clear nail polish over all the printing! Would it have worn off?? I don't know - but this way it won't!
