Great rechargeable scalr

I recently purchased the Max Capacity kitchen scale and have been thoroughly impressed with its performance. This scale can weigh objects as heavy as 22 lb/10 kg and as light as 2 g in increments of 1 g, making it a versatile addition to any kitchen. I purchased this scale to take to work with me so I can measure out my meal plan from our onsite catering service and make sure to hit my macros. One of the standout features of this scale is its water-resistant design. The IPX6 rating lets me easily measure liquids and clean the scale without damaging the internal components. This scale is needed

I’m a precise eater & cook a lot & like knowing exactly what I’m eating & this scale does not disappoint! I think I charge it every few weeks & I use it multiple times a day! My previous digital kitchen scale was battery operated & id have to charge the batteries every 5 days. So this being rechargeable is life changing

Great little scale

I really have no cons for this scale. It pretty much does everything well. I have not tried actually dunking it in the sink, but it appears to be well designed to be water proof. Although I have not run the battery all the way down, it is supposed to have a low battery indicator on the display. The only weird thing that ever happened was I accidentally dripped some liquid (egg white) on the power spot and it turned off (but being water proof, it was really easy cleaning!) Perfectly expected considering that it has touch surface controls, not hard switches. The advantage being that it is easier to waterproof. Otherwise, I have checked the accuracy and other than the 1 gram weight standard showing 2g, all the combinations of 5, 10, 20, and 200g weights were dead on, plus some checks scaling up to 600g. I did not test the full range of the scale (22lb/~10kg). I also used it measuring flour, and although there is a little delay in the measurement updating as you add or remove (~3/4second), it was not any different than my old digital scale (not the same brand or type). And the unit switching is really handy, and the fluid measurement comes in handing checking the accuracy of my measuring tools (spoons, cups, etc, just fill with water and read out in fluid g or oz). Or measuring weight in decimal lb, or lb and oz.

Easy to use. Sometimes off by a gram

So a quarter is exactly 5.67 grams. A nickel is 5 grams It does round up for grams. I don't mind at all as I'll mostly be using it for ounces for my weight loss journey. I did put my 5 pound weight on it and depending where I set the weight on the scale, AND depending on where on the counter the scale was, it was off a little bit but no more than maybe 2 Oz. I noticed if I sat it directly in the middle or up a bit it was more accurate for the ounces. However I'm not sure if my weights are even accurate because they read the same on my other scale. So it could be the cheap weights lol. Only reason I'm only giving 4 stars is that it reads a Tiny bit off if you don't set in certain areas

Love this scale. I've started weighing instead of measuring my ingredients for breads etc. Like the British baking show folk. Easy to use and love the bowl..excellent feature. Bought one for myself and one for son in law..highly recommend.

¡Excelente! Muy precisa, perfecta para cuidar las porciones que comes

Antes de comprarla, estuve investigando cuál era la mejor opción y resulta que la marca Etekcity está entre las más recomendadas. Llevo dos meses usando la báscula para cuidar las porciones de mi alimentación y estoy fascinada. Además puedo preparar diferentes platillos y bebidas con la cantidad exacta de ingredientes y todo queda muy bien. Es muy precisa (mide desde 1 gramo), se usa muy fácilmente. Es muy práctico que ya incluya el tazón; éste se lava fácil y no se le pega la comida. Recomiendo no usar productos de limpieza para limpiar la báscula, ya que se mancha. Yo sólo uso una servilleta (de las absorbentes de cocina) muy ligeramente humedecida. Con eso le quito cualquier suciedad y queda como nueva. Su diseño es bonito y su tamaño perfecto, cabe en cualquier rincón de la cocina (siempre y cuando sea una superficie completamente plana).

Cronometro no tiene sensor de uso

Buena bascula, pero tiene los siguientes detalles: Se ensucia el acero muy facilmente con manchas de agua; inclusive aunque se lave queda manchado lo que indica que es acero de muy baja calidad. Dura prendida como 5 minutos y aunque estes pesando se apaga independientemente de los 5 minutos haciendo de la actividad una frustrante si no estas en ese PRECISO lapso de tiempo. Tiene buen concepto, pero esta MUY chafa el material y tambien trae ese defecto del cronometro que dura prendida y se apaga aunque estes pesando de manera activa.

Excelente aunque no tenga Celsius

Excelente calidad en el producto y su manufactura. Llego dos días antes de lo que debía llegar, el único inconveniente que le veo es que no da la temperatura en Celsius, esta limitado a Farenheit a pesar de que la pantalla tiene la letra C. Pero pues ultimadamente se compró para pesar y no para la temperatura.

This scale looks great, is accurate, easy to use, and has a nice display, but unfortunately, the temperature display is in Fahrenheit. I don't even need the temperature measurement but having an obsolete unit permanently on the display is a deal-breaker for me. I'll be returning it.

¡Recomendada!

Me gustó mucho la compra de esta báscula digital, yo la utilizo para repostería y si mide desde un gramo. Es muy fácil y usar y el cronómetro funciona de maravilla. Estéticamente es muy linda y aparte el bowl me encanta para hacer mezclas y también pesar ahí mis ingredientes. Considero que si es una compra qué va de acuerdo con la calidad y precio. Me llegó antes de lo esperado y en buenas condiciones. Llevo usándola un par de meses y todo perfecto. El único detalle es que por el material, cuando lavas el recipiente se ve con manchitas.
